It was a very bad experience. 1️⃣ I booked the hotel thinking it was close to the subway, but it turned out to be a long way to the subway. I walked all the way with two suitcases and a bag. I was speechless. 2️⃣ They said that you can only check in at 3 o'clock, but other hotels provide guests with the convenience of early check-in if there is a vacant room between 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock. After I worked hard to get to this hotel at noon, this hotel forced me to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. I slept on the sofa in the hotel lobby. The key is that the next day before 12 o'clock, the phone called to urge me, and it was very rude to say "please check out" directly. Do I owe you? It's not 12 o'clock yet. Can't you be more tactful and polite? And since it is so strict that everyone checks out at 12 o'clock, why is it so strict that you can't check in before 3 o'clock? I think in your hotel, even a living person can hold their urine. 3️⃣ As for hygiene, I am too lazy to say anything else. Just say that when I just entered the room, there was a dried cosmetic contact lens on the table. I almost ecstasy when I saw it. In short, you can experience this kind of living experience by yourself

It would be better if it was remodeled

The facilities are much worse than I thought... The inner door doesn't open properly, I chose a bathtub room but there was no bathtub, and the bedding smelled like detergent! The air conditioner was not set to a temperature so it wasn't very good.

It was my first trip to Korea, but the location was easy to find, there were staff who spoke Japanese, and I was able to check in smoothly. I would like to use it again.

Small 600 was extremely dirty. The room smelled bad and the bed was not clean.

Even though I made a reservation for 3 people, they asked me to pay an additional fee for 1 person when I checked in. Very unpleasant situation.
