We absolutely cannot speak highly enough of this lovely hotel. Each and every member of the staff is so kind, friendly and helpful: the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff, the maintenance workers and the reception staff. The rooms, restaurant and communal areas are all kept spotlessly clean and the food is always beautifully prepared, fresh and delicious in extremely generous portions. We are so sad that a family wedding will prevent us returning in 2025 but cannot wait to come back as soon as possible. Really an exceptionally beautiful and generous place with the most wonderful staff.

Lovely old hotel. The room overlooked the ocean and small beach. Very nice staff . Breakfast is a buffet and had everything you would want. We felt that with a bit of a sympathetic upgrade this hotel could be worth a n the next level. They had a lovely terrace at front that wasn’t really used . Only for breakfast. This would be a lovely place to sit with a couple of sofas. Lots of lovely old features but the rooms were contemporary and worked well.they have a great restaurant right across the road on a platform on the sea. Great food We would definitely go back. There is a very lively bar right next door so try and get a room as far away as possible.

First time staying here (as we wanted a change/to try a different hotel) and our experience was very stressful. We arrived at our hotel and got put in a room where the shower would flood the bathroom, the lights did not work/flicker and the air con did not work properly. This was uncomfortable in the 28/30 degree heat. We reported this to a lady on the reception who was very dismissive and rude. She did not help at all. I spoke to another member of staff who was very helpful, he came up to the room and tried to sort things for us. He said he would send maintenance to the room the next day. He explained they were fully booked otherwise they would have moved us room. At one point they explained they would swap the faulty room for new guests that were arriving so it would be someone else’s problem which is awful... There was no improvement over our 5 day stay which was very disappointing, whilst I completely appreciate they were fully booked, the rude staff on reception each morning made it completely worse. The food and pool area was good, fresh towels and a nice area to sun bathe although due to the issues with the room and staff, I wouldn’t stay here again.
