Love the hotel service and friendliness. The laundry is the best help for long stay. Staffs are always helpful and I'm being greeted every single time I pass by the lobby or any public area. Will definitely come back again and again!

This place is very good, the room is clean and spacious with washer/dryer in the room. Many restaurants and shops are just 10 minutes walking away.

The hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities and a self-service laundry room. The room I booked is a bit small, but it is enough for one person. The room is clean and the service is warm. A very cost-effective hotel, highly recommended. The hand-brewed latte is fragrant, great 👍

This is serviced apartment so consider this when booking. I usually always stay in chain hotels such as Hilton or Holiday Inn or Wyndham, so maybe my expectations are high from a hotel. But anyways, check in was great, fast and smooth, they even upgraded our room for free. But the rooms have ware and tear, it seems it need upgrading. Shower cabin has a portable air conditioner which is covered with dust, I never seen such a thing before. Now funny part, the next day we left to exhibition when we came back tired around 7-8pm they had a note in our room they didn’t clean our room, if we need room cleaning we must tell them before 4pm :)) we had dinner delivered to our room the night before so we ate and left all our food wrapping and cups on the table we thought they will clean and throw away everything, everything was sitting at the coffee table like we left. Breakfast is also very simple and plain, if you are foreigner you can only eat bowl of cereal or eggs, that’s it. Conclusion, people in check in nice, location is convenient, close to subway, but rooms needs some repairs. Also need some cleaning everywhere is dust, like no one lived there for a long time.

The room is very clean, the facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, everything is available, the hotel service is first-class, the front desk is very polite, which is impressive!

The location is good, there are many restaurants around the area, the metro stop is close by when you arrive you may be confused because there are about 20 or so exits and some of the exits don't have an esklators , there are 3 lines that converg at the metro stop, even the locals get confused which way to exit, the rooms are clean, the staff is very curtious and very helpful, most of them don't speak English, I recommend you use a translator app, that helps out tremendously. Breakfast is sufficient, it is a mix of toast and mini croissants butter strawberry jelly and poached eggs and bacon and a piece of fruit with coffee or orange juice,or Chinese breakfast consisting of rice small salad with soup or porage Chinese boiled eggs etc. It is a minimalist breakfast, it is good and will keep you full till lunch.

Great hotel in a nice area. It's close to a park, local shops and a mall/shopping centre down the road. The pool is light and spacious. The garden is a wonderful little oasis to cone back to after a day in the city.

The hotel is closed to the metro. Room is clean, spacious and looks greater than in the pictures. Although the receptionist does not know English, they are supportive and friendly. They have smart toilet which I really enjoy. Highly recommend.
