Pullman Hotels in Shanghai

I came to Shanghai for a boring May Day holiday and booked a Pullman suite. The hotel was very busy, which really tested their reception capacity. Accor Pullman in France is pretty good, with a nice design, and the aromatherapy scent is the same as in Hong Kong. Facilities: Higher floor rooms would be better; try to choose a high-floor room to avoid the smell of mugwort from downstairs. Transportation: Downstairs are Sun & Moon Light, Tianzifang, and the subway, so coming directly is very convenient for city work. 24th Floor Executive Lounge Supreme Experience: The executive lounge is great, with high-altitude views. Dining: Both breakfast and the executive lounge are good, but there are too many foreigners – mostly Koreans and Westerners. The noodle chef even paused for a moment when he heard me speak Chinese, and then switched his language system. Koreans were coolly showing off watermelon, taking five plates at a time.

❤️ Location: The Portman Hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel incredibly convenient. It's right next to Shanghai South Railway Station and Wanda Plaza, with the subway entrance directly beneath Wanda Plaza. There's a wide variety of local eateries nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. ❤️ Experience: The rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy. Upon check-in, we received a lovely fruit platter. If you need a toothbrush, just let the front desk know in advance, and they'll provide one. The room experience was outstanding; the bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the bathtub is spacious. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views of the outside scenery. ❤️ Service: We checked in quite late, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively upgraded our room and even arranged for a late check-out. Any requests we had were generally met, showing their meticulous and warm service. The hotel breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection of dishes, and the dining area was elegantly and thoughtfully arranged. The price was fantastic, offering exceptional value for money. With its top-notch facilities and amenities, it's highly recommended for business travelers and definitely worth repeat visits.

I chose this Pullman for my business trip to Shanghai for a conference. The location was very convenient, making my commute to and from the venue smooth. The room was meticulously cleaned; there was no dust in the bathroom or in the corners around the bed. The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm. The desk in the room had enough space, perfect for organizing my conference materials after meetings. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and thoughtfully. The hotel itself was quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a peaceful night's rest after a busy day. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely consider staying here again for future conferences.

Upon check-in, the front desk saw we had elderly and children with us, and even upgraded our room for free! The room had everything we needed, and the most pleasant surprise was a yoga mat. As someone who regularly practices yoga and stands Qigong postures, this was incredibly thoughtful – I loved it! 😍 The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. Since it was a last-minute stay during the winter break, I didn't bring my swimming gear, so I couldn't try out the pool. Guess I'll have to save that for next time!
