We had a good time in the hotel. Warm welcome and friendly guiding at the checkin. We have been there during Christmas, the decorations was really beautiful. It is just a little surprising that I had to pay the full price for the Christmas market, even I booked the hotel. The room was equipped well and we felt comfortable. What was just disgusting is that we found hairs in the clothes cabinet and a nail on a table next to the bed. The breakfast was delicious and you can get everything at the buffet. What was for me the first time in this kind of hotel that you had to wait to get a table. This could be up to 20 minutes. This should not be and need to be better arranged from the hotel. If the hotel is overbooked than it should not be allowed to let no hotel guests to book a table.

I made an online reservation for the 799 yuan pre-sale voucher product I had purchased at Dolphin in advance. The Yi Shanghai King Room can be upgraded to a (Yi Shanghai) River View Room, with 1 free mini bar drink and 1 nighttime special cocktail. I communicated with Dolphin customer service and applied for a room on a higher floor as much as possible. The hotel is in a very good location, just one street away from the Bund. CI was handled by Linda at the front desk. Seeing that we were two adults and one child, she gave us two more cocktail coupons, a room on the 18th floor, and cookies similar to those of Hilton Garden Inn. Linda's service gave people a polite and warm feeling. After arriving at the room, LD felt that the river view of Yi Shanghai River View Room was a little bit lacking, so he went downstairs and communicated with Duanduan at the front desk to upgrade the 219 yuan difference to a Jing Shanghai River View King Room, free breakfast, and also applied for the group's gold card. Duanduan was very friendly. Now the legendary Huangpu River Bend and Oriental Pearl Tower are in full view! Although the hotel is a renovation of an old hotel, it is not a floor-to-ceiling glass structure. The view of the Huangpu River is actually slightly discounted, but the cost is less than 1,000 yuan. It is really worth staying in a room with a calendar and breakfast price of nearly 2,000 yuan! This room is really good! The amenities are COLLECTION LALIQUE, which tastes very good, and the shower head is also of good texture! The drinks in the mini bar are mostly canned soda water, and there are two bottles of alcoholic drinks, including a bottle of vodka. The hotel is less than 100 meters from the ferry terminal on Jinling East Road, which is very convenient for visiting the World Expo building! There are singers in the bar on the 2nd floor at night, and non-alcoholic drinks can be made! The hand cream was given when leaving the hotel, and Panpan, the guest service, mailed 4 small items of amenities, which was very happy! A few small regrets, the bathtub was not used in time, and the alcoholic drinks were contributed to Pudong Airport. The hotel does not have a parking lot. Everyone should pay attention to this. It is a flaw in the perfect jade!

ATOUR at Nanjing East Road The staff here is absolutely polite, especially Zhong Hao. He went above and beyond to help me book a car to and from my destination, even giving me his personal phone number and following through. His politeness and great attitude are well above five stars. He is a great ambassador for the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel as it is very clean, modern, and in a good location near the Bund and shopping areas. With such excellent staff, you feel safe and cared for while staying here. Thank you Zhong Hao, you are a ⭐️ I came on a business trip and originally planned to stay one night and move to other hotels, but after the first night's stay, the service from the hotel and especially Zhong Hao made me change my mind, and I stayed a total of 3 nights. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone who travels alone or comes to Shanghai for the first time. Safety and service are top priorities. The location is very good, about 5 minutes from Yuyuan subway station. The front desk staff is very polite The floor of the room is clean, but there is a musty smell I don’t know why the shower curtain in the bathroom is half done, and the bath water will spray out around the toilet. Front of house and breakfast staff are extremely good with service and being helpful. Even the cleaning staff will greet you. Located close to the bund and is linked to the Bund center. The room itself was too hot and the airconditioning did not seem to help. Sheets were a little dusty as well. For quick, convenient trips it is a good option.

Good hotel with high technology items in the room such as automatic toilet flushing and a motion sensor hair dryer. The room was clean but the walls had some stains, room had a few flies, and the washroom smelled a bit weird. Location was very central and close to the subway and Yuyuan garden.

Great location near Yuyuan and the Bund. 2 mins walk from Yuyuan metro station, very convenient. Many eateries in Yuyuan and nearby. Room is clean, bed is very comfy. Simple yet sufficient. Shower water is powerful, good after a tiring day walk. The only drawback is the soundproof is bad.

The view from room over seeing the the pearl tower and bund area is nice. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly. The roof bar was quite nice, allow us to visit without any fees. Rooftop aircon area was posh, the view from the outside non aircon area is nice, just a lot of smokers. Very crowded with on going queue, need booking in advance. The power sockets in room seems little, especially there is only 1 around the bed area Overall great hotel.

Check-in wasn’t a good experience, but the hotel was okay after that. When I first checked-in, the room key cards I was given didn’t work, which was frustrating as the room was one of the furthest from reception. This meant I had to go all the way back for new keys after a long day. I just wanted to relax! Then the second room I was given didn’t match the photos on Trip.com, in particular it didn’t have a real window, looking over the dining area rather than outside. But when finally settled into the third room, the stay was okay. It was supposedly an upgrade, but it only looked like the room I had booked. The location is the big plus: right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street which leads to the Bund, both iconic locations that are great to visit. I didn’t have the breakfast as there were no spare seats, so I went to a nearby McDonald’s instead. The hotel needs to enlarge its dining area.
