Shanghai Hotels with Free Breakfast

Lovely 5star hotel at a reasonable price. The room is huge,almost like a studio apartment. The hotel also provided free drinks and fruits from the room which is a pleasant surprise. Lynn the hotel receptionist provided excellent and seamless experience.

We had experienced an absolute welcome service rendered from the moment we touched down by taxi. All the service provider are available and attentive to us at all around the corner whenever we step or walking around . The hotel view are superb , the hotel room design and unique and chic and contemporary, for my husband and I , the room are super spacious and modern ; as for my mother and my brother , their twin room design was unique and specially incorporated with eastern elements. The lift services are very efficient and in order manner as we have been attended by the hotel lift staff so efficiently . The breakfast were super yummy and special as in we can select our dishes from the menu customization and also there are full selection at buffet bar . We wanted to thank you to Mr Alex Liu - personal butler whom take care of us all the way and attended to us in a very welcoming gesture . We were being allocated a temporary resting room for my mum as their twin bed room has not been ready because it has been occupied by the other guest , the gesture are absolutely comprehensive. In addition l, we wanted to say thank you to Ms Jen Wang who touring us around the hotel and given a full explanation for every details of the hotel structure and art work pieces which were one of the best exclusive experiences so far as compared to all other hotel that we have been stayed around the world . Not to forget all the the small details that rendered by the J Hotel staffs to us , it was a memorable and fantastic experiences for our stay at this hotel , my family and I rated it 10/10 for the full scores ! We will be back again 🥰

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the International Shanghai Wonderland. The customer experience has been exceptional. My wife has left some leftover of cosmetics on the table in the hotel room. The staff Bruce took the trouble to contact us via WeChat to make sure we didn’t leave that behind by mistake. He also alerted us about the light show just before its beginning. The light show was spectacular & not to be missed

I had a good stay here and the room was quite nice. The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

I was on a travel with my son. The hotel is quite good , silent, clean. Mcdonalds and Burger king is just opposite to the hotel. however, to go to the train station must need to take taxi. becuase walking distance is too long.

Very satisfactory stay experience, clean and sanitary, very close to Shanghai Hongqiao High-speed Railway Station, about ten minutes walk to Hongqiao Hub, most of the underground corridors, high temperature without sun exposure is very convenient, the surrounding facilities are also very complete, the hotel decoration style is very unique, the corridor is gray and rich, with a strong Shanghai style, the room area is also large, the room is very clean, the facilities are complete, there is also a robot delivery technology experience, next time I will stay here again. .

We've been in different Hyatt Hotel, But the location of this hotel is different because of the very nice view from our room and you can see the beautiful lake of Yuanxiang. Overall stay, It's really good.

The hotel was undergoing a lot of renovations but this didn’t impact the stay. The Hotel is ideally situated near to the bund and Nanjing pedestrian street with lots of shopping and restaurants within a short distance. The Breakfast served was more than adequate and their are 2 Coffee shops and 2 mini markets directly outside. Enjoyable stay.

The staff were really helpful and helped with every request. Booking taxis etc Breakfast is ok with lots of choice but I personally would have preferred more fruit but you cannot please everyone. Room was big enough and clean but no idea how to work the toilet 😂😂 They should provide a step by step guide It’s a little out of the action but taxis are so cheap it is good to stay in a hotel further out and cheaper and pay for taxis Lovely stay thankyou to the staff

This hotel accept foreigners definitely no issues with check in and check out. The location of hotel is great but still need travel 30min to 60min to the place that I visit like zhujiajiao yu yuan and maybe closer one is the bund. Front counter staff are approachable. For order car services they usually won't provide. They don't know exact step for order didi for foreigner. Quite troublesome for them. U better own a local sim card. Their shower and body shampoo are excellent and the water pressure are good and supere.toilet and toiletry provided an very clean. The toilet don't have proper privacy for family or friends as the glassdoor are transparent and visible see u shower or doing bisnuss. Iron board and iron provided I regret never bring along my hair dryer.but they do provide. Breakfast are okay but the soya bean curb made me don't dare to eat bean curb anymore.
