很少點評，因為出差等住的酒店太多。但是今天有些失望，早餐order的炒雞蛋竟然吃出了頭髮，後續説服務經理會聯繫我，但是一直到下午離開上海也沒有接到電話。我覺得服務和衞生都有待提高。

This is my second time staying at the Puli Hotel. I still feel that the design is elegant and restrained. The hotel design has been maintained since 2009 and has not made people feel outdated. It is still so comfortable and natural. It really gives people a feeling of "urban paradise" just like the hotel's positioning. The hotel's public areas and guest rooms use a lot of modern design techniques with some ancient decorative elements from China and Southeast Asia, making the modern and classical perfectly integrated. The staff's service is super good, the environment is very clean and tidy, the hotel facilities are complete, and the swimming pool is worth experiencing. There is also a separate reading area in the public area, which is very quiet. There are many snacks and drinks in the minibar, and the breakfast is very rich!
