幫朋友訂的大床房，特意訂的是有窗户（靠走廊窗户）房間，結果朋友去的時候説根本沒有窗户的，前台還説要窗户再加錢，搞不懂了，第一次碰到這種情況！！請酒店管理人員明查

酒店位置很好，離地鐵站很近走兩三分鐘就到了，酒店對面小店很多很方便！離中山醫院800米。服務熱情很周到，性價比高。nice👍

來上海旅遊，酒店衞生很乾凈，全智能化酒店，最最舒服的是枕頭，有乳膠護頸枕和蕎麥枕，對於頸椎不好的真是大大提高了睡眠質量！

晚上六點多到店，前台説除了頭尾房，其他房間都作為鐘點房售賣，目前都在搞衞生。等了10幾分鐘，打電話攜程客服投訴，客服十分給力，交涉過後又等了10分鐘，總算給了我一間房，酒店前台服務員態度極差，一副愛理不理愛住不住的樣子，和她説話一副衹當沒聽見的樣子。到了房間一股黴味，半夜房間燈會全部自動亮起，真的一晚都沒睡好，一大早7點不到匆匆退房，總之酒店衞生、環境、服務，個人認為都極差，一塌糊塗。不是因為離醫院近點，誰會來這種酒店入住，真夠噁心的。
