這次房子挺滿意。我全部打了五星。
1.如實描述。首先，和評論區其它夥伴們的真實評論一樣，房間比較大，廚房連餐廳卧房淋浴房還有一個曬衣服的大露台。如果帶小孩來的鍋碗瓢盆電磁爐都有（當然，我沒在這搞飯吃）。房子底色是綠色薄荷小清新，裝修很新，所有用具都是新的，生活用品也比較新，窗比較多。床鋪也好睡。在一棟外灘社區舊樓頂層，有電梯上7樓再走一層樓梯，我覺得有行李也不怕。很容易爬，樓道間雖然稍舊但也很整潔乾淨，是有管理的。且很安靜，看到一個長者住在這單元，素質不錯。
2.服務周到。房東的服務也不錯，回覆很及時，我幾乎沒有什麼特別需要再call老闆幫助，衹是走時我不知道有沒有關好空調有點不好意思，我跟老闆説，她説沒關係。看到房東東西很整潔我們走時也注意整理一下。
3.位置便利。我選擇這裏最開始看重的是方便，確實離南京路外灘很近，離地鐵站也很近。真的在露台上可以看到一小截東方明珠塔。找到這裏也很方便，定位很快就到，這幾日上海晚上涼快，散步一路上逛逛外白渡橋，蘇州河沿岸city walk，白天出來也很好。還去了北外灘。也很方便在金陵東路渡口坐了2元渡輪。去了陸家嘴。
4.乾淨衞生。圖片是我住了兩天再拍的，跟住家一樣，裝修新，所以也很衞生，住進來東西齊全，心情不錯。
5.在靠近外灘這個地段，住酒店，便宜的又小又不開窗，這個好位置這價格應該很難找了。尤其還有空間做飯曬衣服也很方便。
如果真的要挑點刺的話，就是高樓，水壓不是特別大，但對於夏天我們廣東人沖沖涼，有點點沖也滿足了😃
我和房東非親非故，都是緣分。這次住宿體驗感很不錯，我真的推薦。

離地鐵5分鐘步行，去哪裡都不遠，性價比很高，房子在樓頂，上海的老房子改造，外面有一個很大的陽台，曬衣服很好👍，夏天有點熱，秋天可以坐着聊天，很舒服，我挺喜歡的，下次去會再去，唯一不好的就是要走一層樓。不過客服，哈哈，因為性價比高啊，房東人也很耐心。反正我愛你，你們隨意。不是託

房東很細心，人也蠻好的，房間是在一棟上海老房子裏，隔了一條馬路就是上海郵政博物館。離天潼路地鐵站就200多米，樓下有全家和牛肉麪館，總得來説這個路段這個價格，性價比很高

是一箇舊小區的頂樓、電梯到7樓，行李重的話要慎重，因為搬了很熱，從地鐵過去要走幾分鐘、房子外邊是天台，可以看到一點點東方明珠，房東沒有提前告知大樓一樓門禁是壞的，房間下水道味道比較重。
