The staffs were really friendly and helpful in accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's facilities (fitness room & laundry service) added great convenience to our stay!

Location was easy to access from metro and it is very convenient. Not far away from Bund area. I only had a breakfast and it was excellent, catered for westerners and Chinese. Check in and check out was very quick. Excellent service.

Location is rather convenient with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It took me 12 minutes by car from the nearest subway station (with the traffic). Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had wonderful view from the window. Can see the Bund full of lights in the evening and ships passing by all night. Ferry to go to Puxi is just a short walk away. Room was clean with Smart Control curtains and lights, spacious shower, comfortable bed. Room design is very convenient and pleasant. Wish were more international channels. Felt like watching a movie or listening to music but the channels were only in Chinese. We didn’t take breakfast but still went to see the rooftop cafe. It has a great view and there are seats outside with the glass walls, but it was too cold that day. There is a Michelin star restaurant on another floor, for that you’ll need a reservation.

I stayed at this hotel during CMEF 2025 in April and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent—close to all major attractions—and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options that catered well to tourists. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade by Ms Gao, which added to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return next year!

A very nice hotel with great metro access. This hotel is well placed with a metro station a couple of minutes walk away. The metro is great to navigate around the tourist attractions of the city. Most of the main tourist attractions could be reached in 20 minutes using the metro. The room was clean and comfortable. Very large room by Chinese standards. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is also close to a number of local restaurants and coffee shops. It’s also only a short distance to a nice walking area along the promenade at the river. A great place for a morning run if like me that’s something you enjoy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative to this hotel is that there is a KTX (Chinese Karaoke) next to it. I heard some noise in the evening, but nothing that overly disturbed me and it did seem to get quiet later in the evening when most would be sleeping.

Nice team, no excuses and very proactive. Great place to stay for business or vacation. Close to nice places and parks. No need for a car if you enjoy walking. Metro station line 6 is too close to the hotel. 50 minutes walking to SNIEC (Shanghai New International Expo Centre). Nice Chinese noodle restaurants 3 minutes walking. It's important to have aliplay to make things. Thanks for the amazing experience during these 8 nights. I hope to be back soon.

Location near a small mall with many food stall on 1st floor and 3rd floor. We arrived in the morning before check-in time so went outside for breakfast, when we return at about 10:15 the reception lady permit us to have early checkin. Hotel entrance not facing main road. Breakfast menu quite okay. The lady on reception desk also quite helpfull when we ask for help.

The location is convenient for travel and there are many restaurants. Surrounded by shopping malls, there will be loud music until midnight.

Very satisfied with the hotel services. The accommodation is reasonably priced and is very conveniently located near a train station.The laundry services are excellent, all my clothes were well washed and received in original conditions with no charges. Breakfast is very good. Overall services are great and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended as it is value for money.
