Amazing stay at Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Jing’an. The hotel was spotless from the moment we arrived, with very modern, comfortable and well-designed rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the room had a premium feel throughout. Everything was cleaned to a very high standard every day and the facilities were always well maintained. The staff were one of the best parts of the experience — very professional, welcoming and always happy to help with anything needed. Service was fast, friendly and consistent throughout the stay, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The location is also excellent, very convenient for getting around Shanghai with easy access to shops, restaurants and major attractions. Perfect balance between comfort, convenience and value. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great rooms, amazing service, excellent cleanliness and a very good atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai.

My three days at the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Daning were the most memorable part of my trip. The room was clean and well-equipped, and you could see the hotel's care and taste in every corner. What impressed me most was the hotel's rich breakfast; enjoying a coffee and a beautiful cake there in the morning was pure bliss. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort. Upon arriving, I was immediately drawn to the unique lobby style. The front desk staff and concierge were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering numerous local travel and dining recommendations, along with a room upgrade. I've always believed that the meaning of travel isn't just about seeing sights, but more importantly, experiencing life. And at this hotel, I found exactly that experience. From the room's decor to the hand-drip coffee on the first floor, every detail made me feel warm and comfortable. If you're looking for a place where your soul can rest, this is definitely the top choice. It left a deep impression on me; not only is the environment beautiful, but it also feels like home. During the day, you can explore and enjoy food at nearby Jiuguang, and in the evening, returning to the hotel feels like coming home to warmth. It's especially worth mentioning that the mattress and pillows here are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. If you're looking for a place that feels as warm, comfortable, and wonderful as home during your travels, I strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and well-equipped, featuring a fridge, microwave, and washing machine. There's also an induction cooktop in the first-floor kitchen, which is great for guests who want to prepare their own meals. The closet was huge, perfect for storing clothes. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could ask for, from fresh produce markets and department stores to local specialty snacks. It would be even more perfect if the kitchen came with some pots and spatulas. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

This hotel is located right next to a residential area, offering a safe, quiet, and pleasant environment. It's also conveniently close to a shopping mall, making shopping a breeze. The hotel rooms are consistently clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, making for a comfortable overall stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious and well-balanced options. The staff were all incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful, always ready to answer questions and go the extra mile. I especially want to commend the pillows – they were perfectly firm yet soft, providing an excellent night's sleep. Overall, the location, environment, service, and facilities are all top-notch, making it great value for money and highly recommended.

I absolutely love this hotel! They had wireless charging on the tables, a spacious place, and all the amenities provided for you. There is also the imix mall just opposite, which makes it very convenient, and free nighttime porridge from 9/9.30pm-11pm downstairs, and the hotel helped us to collect 淘宝 (Taobao) packages we ordered 2 weeks in advance. We also faced issues with ** (*******) and the front desk assisted us with them. The taxi from here to the city centre takes about 20-30 minutes, and it’s a great place to avoid the main hustle and bustle of Shanghai. Unfortunately there was construction ongoing during our stay, but we couldn’t hear the noises from our room. Overall an amazing stay, my partner and I would LOVE to come back here again when we’re back in Shanghai! Overall, amazing stay!

I'd generally recommend this hotel. Orange Hotels are usually quite reliable. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need. I personally really like the tatami-style rooms; they're very clean. Plus, it's right next to Metro Line 8, which is super convenient! I highly recommend getting breakfast included. It's really delicious and has a great variety. I especially recommend the scallion oil noodles – add your own braised egg, fried sauce, vinegar, and chili oil for an extra kick!

This is the closest hotel to my company, and I always stay here. The environment is quite nice, and the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy and I can get a good rest. The only thing is that the room I stayed in this time was a bit smaller than before, but otherwise, everything else was quite satisfactory.

The service was attentive and thoughtful; check-in was quick, and they even offered helpful sightseeing recommendations. I have to commend this hostel on its cleanliness! The hallways, rooms, and bathrooms are cleaned daily, and the bedding is fresh and odor-free, with no musty or damp smells. The front desk service is excellent; storing luggage and borrowing a charger were both very convenient. The soundproofing is good, so you can rest undisturbed. It's rare to find such a tidy place among budget accommodations.

Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. I was expecting a difficult late-night check-in experience, but it was far better than I anticipated. The night duty front desk staff was incredibly warm and polite, quickly helping me with the check-in process. They even thoughtfully reminded me about safety precautions in the area during the night, which was very considerate. The guest room had an overall warm design with soft, non-glaring lighting, so arriving late at night didn't feel jarring or oppressive. The entire room was spotlessly clean with no hidden corners, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Hot water was available instantly, making the washing experience very comfortable. The room was quiet 🤫, allowing for an undisturbed night's rest, and the thick bedding instantly helped relax my tense nerves. The hotel's overall ambiance was warm and comforting. As someone traveling alone at night, this meticulous service provided a strong sense of security. From the service to the facilities, everything was impeccable. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to Shanghai, and it offers great value for money.
