I was pleasantly surprised to find such a warm and welcoming hotel while on a business trip. The staff were friendly from the moment I walked in, the room was meticulously clean, and the facilities were comprehensive. When I encountered small issues, the front desk patiently helped me resolve them. It's not a luxury hotel, but you can feel the thoughtfulness in every detail, which really helped alleviate my travel fatigue. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's good!

I stayed here for a concert. It's not too far from the stadium, and the transportation is very convenient, with a subway station right opposite the hotel. I booked a triple room with two 1.35m beds and an extra 1.1m bed, which was perfectly sufficient for three adults. The room wasn't huge, and it felt a bit cramped with all the beds, but it was clean. The faucet at the sink could use some improvement, as water splashes everywhere when you wash your hands. Also, the overhead shower in this room had issues; the water pressure was low and it kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The handheld showerhead, however, was good and had strong pressure. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and the food tasted nice with good quality.

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a supermarket downstairs, and it's easy to hail a taxi. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Grand Gateway commercial area, so dining options are plentiful. The hotel rooms are good, and for this price in Xuhui, it offers great value for money. Overall, the stay was quite a pleasant experience.

Every time I visit downtown Shanghai, I stay here. The hotel front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive. They'll always offer you a bottle of water while you wait at the front desk. I've even been able to check in early when my flight arrived in the morning, which is incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast spread is also extensive, and the restaurant staff are very welcoming. I've stayed here three or four times in the past two months alone. The location is also convenient. Highly recommended!

This time, we chose the A.T.HOUSE Jiadi Hotel in Xujiahui, Shanghai, for our family trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. We stayed in a Deep Sleep bedding king-size room, and the mattress was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was clean and tidy, with new and complete facilities. The staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and requests were handled promptly. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas have a great ambiance. The room was spacious, and the attention to detail was impressive, making it very suitable for families. Overall, we were satisfied with everything, and it offers good value for money. We will definitely prioritize this hotel next time we visit Shanghai and highly recommend it to others.

My stay exceeded expectations! The hotel design is elegant, and the room was spacious, bright, and spotless. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering local tips. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the metro station and commercial areas. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. It was a perfect stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again!

I was there from 1-6 Aug. Service is excellent! From service desk they are wonderful. Our chambermaid has been very attentive, she would clean our room when we are out within her schedule and she provides us the toiletries and water we need on a timely basis. She’s friendly, service oriented and helpful! Front desk is also very accommodative and service oriented. They are always looking out for us like storing our luggages and other requests in a timely manner. The security also looks out for our grab car and help us with luggages. Personally, I love the soft drinks concept teh hotel have, quietness and cleanliness. Thanks, Joya hotel! Hope to come again!

The hotel's location is great. It's about a 10-minute walk to the stadium for concerts, and less than a 20-minute walk to Xujiahui Library, Xu Guangqi Memorial Hall, and Grand Gateway 66. A taxi ride would only be the minimum fare. The hotel staff were enthusiastic and helpful, making check-in and check-out very quick. They were also very thoughtful when it came to giving directions, delivering meals, and bringing water. The breakfast variety and taste were both good. However, I will not stay at this hotel again! We had wonderful memories of Novotel hotels in Guiyang and Xi'an, so we chose Novotel again for our trip to Shanghai. To our surprise, the bathroom in our room had a terrible sewer smell! The stench kept us awake all night! This truly does not live up to Novotel's quality! And even strolling along the sycamore-lined streets of Xujiahui, the intermittent sewer smell carried by the light rain was also surprising!

This was quite a disappointing stay. Since we arrived at the hotel early, we communicated with them about check-in. The hotel repeatedly promised we could check in around 12 PM, even taking my contact information and telling us to return to the front desk around 11:30 AM. However, by 1 PM, there was still no text or call from the hotel. After I contacted Trip.com customer service, the hotel front desk immediately claimed they were just about to contact us – they didn't even bother to lie convincingly. The afternoon tea and bar service later were quite subpar; the staff weren't informative or enthusiastic, which is not what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. It even made us feel like we were imposing on them, which was awkward 😅. For breakfast the next day, the peanuts were damp and oily! A serious food safety and quality control issue 😦.

The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel staff, especially the ladies, are patient and gentle. The hotel offers a wide range of services to meet all our tourist needs. The hygiene is particularly satisfying, and the breakfast has a rich variety of delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet spot amidst the bustling city, very close to the Xujiahui business district, making dining, entertainment, and shopping very convenient. Especially Xuhui Park across the street is a great place for a walk and relaxation.
