We specifically chose this hotel for our anniversary, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The front desk thoughtfully upgraded us to a river-view room and even prepared rose petals and a handwritten card. The night view from the rooftop bar was absolutely stunning, and the server proactively offered to take our photos. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was smiling. It was a stay filled with pure happiness.

I focused on taking pictures of the food. The breakfast was quite rich, and they also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack when we checked in. We weren't expecting much from the hotel, so this level of service made us very satisfied. The toiletries were great: a Dyson hairdryer and Natura Bissé products. All very pleasing, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well done. However, my room's bathroom didn't have a sliding door, so it felt a bit cold when I stepped out of the shower cubicle. At first glance, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but a closer look revealed areas that could be improved. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile whenever we passed them in the hallway. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next visit.

The value for money is exceptional, making it my first choice for travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to other travelers!

This is our second time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel for my child's college entrance exam. It's perfectly located right next to Xuhui Middle School, the examination site, and we also stayed here for the spring exam earlier this year. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful: they had 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) door couplets, 'dingsheng gao' (a traditional pastry symbolizing success), and oranges... so much attention to detail and a real sense of occasion. My child got into an early admission program for college, so the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel truly is a lucky place! 👍👍

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Given its location, it offers good value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, and I would recommend it.

Our group of six drove from Lishui, Zhejiang, to Shanghai for a concert. After unexpectedly securing tickets last minute, we urgently booked a hotel near the stadium. Most nearby options were either too small or overpriced, so by chance, we ended up at the Atour Xujiahui Jianyue Hotel near Shanghai Stadium. I've stayed at Atour hotels multiple times in Shenzhen and Hangzhou before, always having a good impression. I expected this to be just another standard business hotel, but this experience was a pleasant surprise. I communicated our arrival time (around 10 PM that night) with the front desk in advance and also requested a late checkout until 5 PM the next day. The staff readily accommodated and reserved our room, providing truly thoughtful service. Upon our late-night arrival, the parking lot was full. After calling the front desk, the staff enthusiastically helped us resolve the parking issue. During check-in, the staff attentively asked about our itinerary and even thoughtfully gave us concert merchandise, which was a very warm gesture. The room's cleanliness was perfect, featuring a comfortable Wabi-sabi style throughout, with new and complete facilities. The lighting, air conditioning, and curtains were all smart-controlled and easy to use. The room's tables and chairs were spacious, making it convenient for kids to do homework or for temporary work when traveling with children. Attention to detail was evident: the toothbrushes were just right in softness and very comfortable to use; the bathroom was equipped with disinfectant wipes, bath towels were individually packaged, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, demonstrating high hygiene standards. Breakfast cost 49 yuan and offered a rich variety, including authentic Shanghai-style noodles, wontons, and more. The taste was excellent, and compared to hotels in the same price range, it offered exceptional value for money. Everyone in our group was very satisfied. The hotel is just an 8-10 minute walk from Shanghai Stadium. After the concert, walking back and forth meant we didn't have to worry about traffic or parking issues, highlighting its excellent location. Our stay cost between 800-900 yuan, which is clearly a great value compared to other accommodations in the same area and with similar room types, often priced at 1200 yuan or more. Whether for a business trip, a family vacation, or specifically to attend a performance, this hotel is highly recommended. This blind booking turned out to be a wonderful surprise!

Checked in around 4 PM, but the room wasn't ready. Had to wait for over ten minutes in the lobby. Eventually, a Trip.com agent intervened and we were temporarily assigned to an empty room to wait, with a strict instruction not to lie on the bed. More waiting ensued… The room's air conditioning automatically shut off at 25 degrees, causing me to repeatedly wake up hot throughout the night. While it's understandable for a new hotel to have some service shortcomings, their problem-solving definitely needs improvement.

I'm giving this five stars! I stayed in an Executive Twin Room for the Yonex tournament. The room had an amazing view, and I was pleasantly surprised to catch the Shenhua vs. Tianjin football match right from my room—a truly unforgettable experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Just a small suggestion: the executive lounge's layout felt a bit disorganized; I'd recommend separating the areas. Also, a few of the management staff could be a bit warmer; I hope to see an improvement there. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay for competitions or sports events. Highly recommend it to sports enthusiasts!

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Xujiahui subway station, offering convenient transportation. It's within walking distance to the stadium and Jiaotong University, and there are shopping malls like the Book City nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with new facilities. The laundry room is also clean and functional. The service is excellent, attentive, and very responsive to requests! While I initially found the room rate a bit high, the great stay made it feel completely worth it.
