連續10單，迷惑10天，先給第一個差評，看後續處理。 （這個差評已經躺在草稿箱2天了，就在剛剛不到5點40，又被驚到被打擾，忍無可忍） 第一次碰到酒店的員工（及其家屬）宿舍安排在客房樓層的情況，讓客人和酒店員工（及其家屬）共住，且員工在客房宿舍使用之心態完全無視客人，簡直荒唐。 事情大體情況： 1.入住時，同酒店工作人員反覆確認，隔壁客房無人居住，但一直聽到有各種聲音，答覆是酒店隔音不好，應該是聽錯 2.第四五天時再次確認，答覆依然是隔壁客房確定無人居住，聽到的聲音可能是工人在做維修 3.情況在第二次確認和再次表達入住需求後，反倒變得越來越離譜，各種聲音越來越響，尤其是從猛烈的開關門和拉拽椅子、以及早晚白天隨時有高跟鞋走來走去聲音確定，就是來自隔壁客房 4.第三次同工作人員確認時，已經過去一星期，才被告知隔壁原來員工宿舍，目前是否有人使用無法確認 5.第四次同工作人員確認，被告知隔壁客房是住有食堂阿姨 6.確定有人，那就調房間，間隔開來後，還是每天從早到晚，有各種聲音不定時從員工的客房宿舍傳來，是每一天！全天不定時！而且完全確定不存在工人維修維護的情況 請問： 1.酒店將員工（及其家屬）宿舍安排在客房樓層使用合適麼？尤其是酒店房間隔音並不好，又無法管控和保證工作人員使用不影響客人的情況下。 2.前兩次確認和訴求，都是告知確定無人使用，是客人聽錯，酒店內部訊息對接順暢麼？還是説該員工是未經批准擅自入住？ 3.對客人反映情況有加以確認麼？有告知宿舍內的員工不要影響客人的入住體驗麼？ 4.無論是否告知，宿舍內的人自己不應該有作為酒店人員的基本意識麼？ 還是説宿舍內員工瞭解客人需求後，才導致情況變得更糟？ 不論哪種情況，酒店應該好好想想，這位員工（及其家屬）問題出在哪裡？ 是什麼樣的心態住在客房宿舍裏面面向客人的？ 5. 請問酒店， 讓客人和酒店員工共住同樓層， 酒店到底是怎麼想的？ 到底是客人在付費來住酒店的員工宿舍，忍受被酒店員工打擾的？ 酒店把客人當什麼？ 還是酒店員工無視客人需求在住酒店的客房，讓客人忍受打擾的？ 住客房宿舍的員工（及其家屬）把客人當什麼？ 6.迴歸第一個問題。迴歸第一個問題。迴歸第一個問題。

The front desk service was okay. If there was any problem, it would be dealt with quickly. It may have been renovated in 2016. The room looked old overall. The hardware facilities were all aging. The lighting was dim. Many of the showerhead water holes were blocked. The air conditioning was okay for heating. The mattress was okay and not dented. The order came with a breakfast, but the front desk didn't seem to see it. It was not given until I asked for it in the morning.

The sound insulation is relatively poor, I didn't sleep well all night; breakfast is better than going to the restaurant next door. The shower water pressure in the bathroom is very high, the bath is OK, but the toilet sewer is not dripping, and the staff is still enthusiastic. The hotel 🏨 is very close to the zoo, only 2 kilometers away, but we also went to Haichang, and the round trip by taxi only cost about 200, which is generally very convenient! The presence of multiple windows allowed for excellent ventilation, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.Security was never a concern, providing peace of mind for families. Furthermore, the early breakfast service starting at 6 am was convenient, allowing us to fuel up before our visit to the Shanghai Wild Animal Park at 9 am. The hotel's proximity to the park, just a 10-minute drive away, was incredibly convenient, situated on the main road.Overall, our stay at Venus International Hotel was delightful, offering comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to families planning a visit to the Shanghai Wild Animal Park.

This hotel is very cost-effective and is very close to Shanghai Wild Animal Park. It is within walking distance and can save the 30 yuan parking fee of the zoo. KFC is right next to it. There are outdoor and indoor children's playgrounds. The breakfast is very rich, the room is clean and tidy, and the children live very comfortably.

It takes about 25 minutes drive from the Pudong airport, they have a shuttle for free. I was staying overnight to take a flight the next day. If you don’t mind being a little farther from the airport, it’s a good choice to stay here.
