The whole staying experience with the hotel was great, Easpecially, their bus services, the front desk sent me very clear instructions where, when and how to get to the pickup location. I arrived 1 hour earlier than expected, when I called, they returned and picked me up. I was surprised that they actually sent a guy separately to the waiting aera looking for me and other passengers. Exceptional service, well deserved 5 starts.
