The overall room had just been renovated and had a strong smell. I wanted to book Crowne Plaza because it opened this year, but I didn't dare to stay at this hotel. I didn't expect the smell to be even greater. After the room was opened, there were no traces of these on the quilt. I didn't take it seriously. Later, the duvet was difficult to clean. I started packing my things and when I got to the sink, I discovered that there were still flicked cigarette ashes! I was convinced and contacted the front desk to change rooms, but they didn't say they would give me an upgrade or anything else. Sorry, the overall service was rubbish. In addition, the sewerage in the bathroom was not good. After taking a shower, half of the room was filled with water. I was also drunk. This is still newly renovated! Is it so difficult to find someone to clear the drain? I’m very dissatisfied.
