房東人是誠信的。態度挺好，需要的東西都可以和房東提。
房間圖片忘記拍了。有風扇。有獨立衞生間，熱水也足。蹲式馬桶，不過有點反臭。房間説乾淨也還好，但是被子還是能看到污漬。不建議女生單獨來居住，這裏住着各種各樣的男的。
