Shangri-la LANOU International Hotel

熱情衞生，有家的感覺，希望能更進一步！

I stayed at Lan Ou Hotel in Xishuangbanna. Then I went to Shangri-La to stay. But the room is a little smaller than Xishuangbanna. There were many groups having breakfast in the morning.

酒店很新，隔音也不錯，住的舒服，就是衞生在細節方面需要改進，衞生間馬桶邊地面，既然還有上次住客的香煙灰，還有邊角有很多陳年小垃圾灰塵。

The environment is average and the service level is extremely poor. I checked out at around 10 a.m. and left my luggage at the front desk. There was no registration and no one was there to take care of it. I put it away and took it by myself. Two pairs of branded sneakers were left in the room, and no one reminded me when I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4pm. I found it at night and called the hotel. The front desk told me that the guest room had disposed of it as garbage. Not worth the price at all. Without this star level, it is not recommended to stay.

The hotel's overall rating is good, both in terms of hardware and services, and the rooms are large. The hotel also has a laundry room with a dryer. The disadvantage is that the oxygen supply in the room is limited to a certain period of time, but does not provide oxygen throughout the day.

酒店應該屬於香格里拉非常高檔的，性價比很高，星級酒店標準，乾淨衞生，值得推薦。

酒店設施方面比較新，衞生方面讓人放心，環境不錯，服務態度良好。除了地理位置一般，其他方面都挺滿意的。

The lobby is very grand, but the waiters don't smile and don't greet you. The room is large and the facilities are new. But the smell in the room was so pungent that it hurt my eyes. I originally wanted to turn on the air conditioner to get some fresh air. There is only one mode. No ventilation. I reluctantly stayed in front of the window for 10 minutes, but I couldn't bear it. Changed hotel.
