I came here with my friends. Parking is available at the door of the hotel. The room is clean. There is a pool for hot springs. Two people can soak together. It's great! The price is also very favorable. The front desk service is good. In winter, you can come more times with friends!

Shantou Sheraton is located at a very convenient for most of the tourist. Parking is available with many spaces and easily accessible back to our room. I am very impressed with most of their staff - Zoe did a fast and friendly check in upon my arrival and Eleven also did an amazing job during our check out. Most of their staff are well trained and proactive. I will definitely recommend Shamtou Sheraton to anyone coming for a vacation here.

We chose this hotel as it was near a lot of eateries. As expected, this is a fuss-free hotel with all the basic amenities that one needs for a smooth travel. Room size was generous, toilet was spacious and towels were clean. The hotel is situated directly above a wet market, so do ask for a high floor in order not to hear the pounding sounds of the butcher's knife.

I have stayed in the hotel many times, but the room is still a bit small and is in need of renovation. The usual price of more than 400 is not bad, but the price of more than 1,000 during the Spring Festival is not worth it. The breakfast is getting worse and worse, not as good as a fast hotel.
