Service: I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this one is one of the best. The service is ridiculously bad. On the first night, I arrived at the hotel entrance and planned to park and unload my luggage. The security uncle came over and said in Chaoshan dialect that I couldn't park at the door. I said I would park and put my luggage and drove away to the parking lot. Secondly, the noise problem. The second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the hotel are a business KTV. The inferior sound system is so loud that I can't fall asleep! The mineral water in the room is very small, about 350 ml. Then I got up and was thirsty. I asked the housekeeping department for two bottles of water, but was told that there would be an extra charge for not renewing the stay! I was speechless at this point. No star hotel or homestay would have such service. I don't care about the ten or eight yuan to buy mineral water. It's service awareness! It's really too bad! This hotel is a disgrace to the Chaoshan area. Hospitality is the tradition of Chaoshan people, but in this hotel, I can't feel it at all. From check-in to check-out, I didn't feel any New Year's blessings or any smile. When I encountered the problem I complained about, the front desk guy would only tell me that he was an intern!
