Great service, location is not on beach but the hotel has its own beach and provides transportation free of charge.
Would definitely recommend and return to it.

Very bad experience, not recommend it!
First with just arriving to the hotel after a long flight, the reception told me that there is no booking under my name and asked me to check with Trip.com instead of them checking with their supplier “ ridiculous “. Another thing the Mini bar was broken at my room and they couldn’t fix it during my whole stay.

Brst hotel in Sharm !!! I have perfect vacation here with my family !! Clean room, tasty food everyday, frendly and professional stuff ! Intresting program, a lot of activity for all ages !!! Big aquapark, sandy beach and coral beach !! Thanks so much !!

We visited the hotel this month and have nothing but good words to say. The Staff most certainly made the experience as fantastic as it was. George at the Waves Bar was by far the kindest barmen we’ve ever met. He took such good care of us every single night making sure we had drinks and always doing so with a smile on his face and great conversation. He most definitely made our holiday. Ashraf at the pool bar was fantastic, again always ensuring we had drinks, even bringing them to our balcony (we were on the bottom floor by the pool), impeccable service. Nothing was too big an ask, and he always greeted us daily with a smile. Kareem kept us entertained daily with the most amazing towel art and kept our room lovely and clean. He is a great attribute to the hotel, as well are all the staff. Veto from the animation team was absolutely hilarious and spent time talking to us every day. We had such an amazing time at Kiroseiz Parkland due to the staff being so amazing. Thank you all!!!!

Returned on 15th September from a fab week away . From the time we arrived we were meet by friendly staff always smiling and couldn't do enough for you . We had a pool view room which was of ample size two good sized single beds Food was plentiful and always found something we liked at each meal time . Big shout out for sayed at the pool who would have our beds ready at the pool each morning . Ashef the waiter at the pool who kept our drinks topped up all day .also George's at the waves bar 🍸 who always knew our drinks and was so friendly . We booked private transfers and a boat trip to white island with Tina from tito travel And were all perfect . Veto and his team with the entertainment team were fab and certainly kept us entertained 😀 See you all soon we will be back Hotel runs a bus to the beach everyday and also to soho square and naama bay

Great hotel for the price we paid. Maybe not a 5* but definitely worth the money. WiFi was good- better than a more expensive hotel I stayed in earlier in the year . Was a little wary when we arrived after reading all the negative reviews re: bed bugs… couldn’t fault the rooms or beds - maybe a little dated but very clean and rooms cleaned daily - even had towel art on our beds each day … Sayed- round the pool .. looked after us and put are towels on our beds every day - great service and lovely friendly guy .. Also Ashraf - who kept us topped up with drinks all day .. always knew when we were ready for a refill - great guys …

Good hotel all the team very good I hope vista excellent - The whole place is beautiful and excellent, everyone is enjoying it, and the entire staff is excellent, as is the rescue team, and they are all goodThe cleanliness is excellent. I would rate the place ten out of ten. The place has a beautiful energy
