The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

Including the hotel, it was very luxurious, the location was excellent, the parking was convenient, the years were long, the facilities were a bit unable to keep up, the air conditioning was not good, others were still possible, the price was still very advantageous, Shengzhou food was absolutely perfect

During the Spring Festival, I drove to Shengzhou and Xinchang. Xinchang Hotels had few choices, so I stayed in Shengzhou for two nights. Atour's overall level is still online. The bathroom ventilation fan in the room we live in is broken, and the shower is not very fixed, and the head always falls off. The noodles for breakfast are very good. Memory pillows are also provided. Easy parking.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel's family room. The spaciousness of the room provided ample space for my family and me to relax comfortably. The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together. While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

A very good four-star hotel, at the foot of the mountain and close to the highway; rich breakfast; ample parking space. The garden landscaping is well done. It feels good to take a walk after dinner. When you step into the courtyard, you will be immersed in the tranquility. The hotel has its own swimming pool and sauna. I live in the business building No. 2. The room is quite big and the decoration is quite new. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the bedding and towels are of good quality. It feels comparable to a five-star hotel. The service is also good. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be greeted warmly by the waiter. The check-in procedure is also very fast. After checking in, in the evening, you will call me to ask if you want sweet soup.

上午還在爬新昌大佛寺，中午就坐車到了越劇小鎮。打了電話，接駁車來接。一路風景真美，到酒店服務員小袁給辦理入住手續，介紹詳細，送到電梯裏。 進入到房間裏説ins風也好，我覺得是嵊州住宅的色彩元素。房間很大，還有陽台。就是這個季節太熱太濕了。到餐廳吃了點飯，餐廳是很大的觀景窗，就是用餐全程都在流汗，菜量好大，到房間人就趴在床上歇了一小會兒。 接近四點想去越劇博物館，前台小姐姐換了一個人，問怎麼走，卻告訴我們4點半關門，來不及了，衹能預約明天，讓我們掃碼預約。預約完了還要再問一遍怎麼走才告訴我們。當我們走到後門看到一對姐妹也朝博物館的方向去，於是就跟着他倆。到博物館4點20分了，但仍然可以進，不需要預約，刷身份證就可以進。在裏面匆匆逛到4點半告知可以參觀到5點。要不是掃碼預約我們還有10分鐘可以逛。第二天來博物館預約也不看，刷身份證直接進。二刷拍了個仔細。博物館對面去探尋了早期博物館。 晚上越劇小鎮有夜遊活動，多了一些人，我們去古戲台看了越劇選段，很有意思。就是太熱了。 第二天出去玩了一天，下午回來又去看越劇。就在酒店後門那裡有個含君量超高的咖啡店，有很多陳麗君的海報，照片和物料。真的過癮。 這個季節來嵊州，除了睡覺時候頭髮是乾的，其餘所有時間感覺渾身都在流汗。除了熱除了曬，這裏還是不錯的，入住感受非常好。下次來還想住在這裏。
