The location is very convenient, near Shenyang Railway Station and near the pedestrian street. The staff can speak English and they are very welcoming! The room basically has got everything that you might need inside and it’s also very clean! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will come back for sure 👍🏼

Room was super clean and it has the best views! Breakfast has an amazing spread and thanks Xiao Li and the rest for serving us !

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

The Hilton hotel in Shenyang great. The service I received at the reception was alright, it would be helpful for the staff to put their best foot forward each time. However, the cleanliness, concierge service, food and amenities were wonderful. It’s a great place for accommodation!

Friend suggested an international hotel because most local hotels struggle/can’t welcome foreigners. I decided on the Westin and it was nothing short of amazing, great service, helpful staff and beautiful finishes. I even got a room upgrade so that made my short trip even sweeter! Location was convenient too, close to local food spots, metro and the K11 Art Mall

The hotel architecture is absolutely beautiful. Anywhere I walk within the hotel is spacious, modern and really just gorgeous. I definitely wished I could have stayed longer - the bed and bathtub themselves were beyond cozy. The swimming pool is crystal blue, open all year round, and kept at 28 celcius. Daily kitchen is located on the top floor with, again, beautiful architect and window views. Hospitality of the staff was well beyond also. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the attendant lead me out of my taxi and insisted on carrying my bags, while more attendants kept opening doors for me and leading me to the front desk and then to my room. They explained everything while in my room too. The front desk lady offered me late check out right upon request. And the friendly waitress in the daily kitchen stayed within my presence just so she could be attentive to all my needs. I truly have never felt so welcomed in a hotel before.

It was my first time to stay at the New World Hotel in Northeast China. The hotel's very personalized design, artworks can be seen everywhere, and the warm service impressed me deeply. The arrangement of two rooms for one day left me feeling unsatisfied. Checking in and taking photos at the hotel is very photogenic. The room is also very spacious. It is a large room of 54 square meters and is in very good condition. The main reason is that the lighting is particularly sufficient. If you like the feeling of a warm room, you can choose it. The bed in the room is really comfortable, with moderate firmness and softness, which is very suitable. Being connected to K11 China Unicom, shopping is convenient, and the hotel buffet is highly recommended. From the Forbidden City, Zhang's Mansion and the museum can all be reached by subway. The entrance of the hotel is directly at the subway entrance, which is very convenient for travel. Overall, I am quite satisfied and thank Sherry for her dedicated service.

Facilities: After all, it is a five-star hotel. Although the facilities are relatively old, they are very complete. Hygiene: Very clean, the cleaning lady cleans very promptly. Environment: The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is very poor, because there are many parent-child families, and the children who come back late talk in the corridor, laugh, and close the door. Because I have stayed in many hotels, this one is really not in place in this regard. Service: There is nothing to say about this. Every service staff greets with a smile, very polite, and very in place! Very good! The tickets for the Ice and Snow World and the Zoo are very good and worth it. Breakfast: Very rich and tastes very good. Overall, it is very good and worth recommending!

I booked a room on the weekend. The hotel is in a very good location. The subway entrance is right at the entrance of the courtyard. It is so convenient to go to Zhongjie, the Forbidden City, and Xiaoheyan Internet celebrity morning market! The little girl at the front desk, Zhao Shuang, was very enthusiastic and capable. She not only helped find the express delivery but also solved the parking fee issue. Although the room can show signs of age, it is very clean and tidy. It is specially equipped with multi-head charging cables. The hotel's toiletries and slippers are of very good quality. I took the children out in a hurry in the morning. When I came back at noon, the bedroom and bathroom were already clean. The cleaning was very timely. The breakfast is rich in variety. In such weather, the hot mutton soup will warm your heart and stomach. There are also pasta, side dishes, and salads. The waiter carefully selects the dishes that the children can eat, and the service is very patient. All in all, it is a warm and cost-effective hotel!

This time I came temporarily to choose between Shenyang Wanda and Shangri-La. The location is a bit different, but it is very convenient to go downstairs to Wanda Plaza and the subway. The room is large and the bed is very wide. The independent cloakroom and bathroom are very spacious. The service is also proactive and enthusiastic, with a serious attitude. Compared with several luxury hotels in Vientiane City, Wanda Vista is very cost-effective.
