I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

Walking distance from Shenyang Train Station. Next to a major pedestrian shopping street, Taiyuan Lu, with a supermarket. The ”Little Europe District” on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

A very good hotel, Ms. Dong at the front desk arranged a room with a very beautiful view for us. The service attitude was very good, and the room was also satisfactory. I will come back to Shenyang again for my next business trip.

Best hotel in Shenyang. Location is close to everywhere. Customer service is outstanding. Views from restaurants and hotel rooms are incredible. Major department store with lots of dining restaurants is just downstairs of the hotel. Will definitely book again and recommend to all my families and friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

It is said to be one of the best hotels in Shenyang. The lobby is on the 25th floor, and the Vientiane City is downstairs. It is super convenient for eating and shopping. Yesterday was Christmas Eve, and there were activities in the hotel lobby bar, which created a full atmosphere. This stay experience was also great👍. The hotel front desk service was warm and thoughtful. I would like to especially mention Sophia and Kevin. Every detail was impeccable. I really felt the enthusiasm of the people of Shenyang. The Hilton hotel in Shenyang great. The service I received at the reception was alright, it would be helpful for the staff to put their best foot forward each time. However, the cleanliness, concierge service, food and amenities were wonderful. It’s a great place for accommodation!

Friend suggested an international hotel because most local hotels struggle/can’t welcome foreigners. I decided on the Westin and it was nothing short of amazing, great service, helpful staff and beautiful finishes. I even got a room upgrade so that made my short trip even sweeter! Location was convenient too, close to local food spots, metro and the K11 Art Mall

I stayed at Shenyang Shangri-La Hotel on a business trip. The hotel really has nothing to say about the five-star service standards in terms of staff service and equipment and facilities. Wangtong at the front desk was very professional from check-in to check-out. The hotel location is also very good. It is convenient to go everywhere. The location is excellent, opposite The underground passage of Vientiane City is very convenient, and the room environment is clean and tidy. It was my first time to stay at Shangri-La Shenyang and I was not disappointed! It will definitely be your first choice next time you come to Shenyang!
