地理位置可以 靠近五愛市場
打掃不夠 包括大廳來往人員吸煙 沒有禁止吸煙 電梯老舊缺少維護 感覺是貨梯
房間狹小 樓道也感覺是個簡單過夜的小酒店 缺少裝飾
