I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

Best hotel in Shenyang. Location is close to everywhere. Customer service is outstanding. Views from restaurants and hotel rooms are incredible. It is said to be one of the best hotels in Shenyang. The lobby is on the 25th floor, and the Vientiane City is downstairs. It is super convenient for eating and shopping. Yesterday was Christmas Eve, and there were activities in the hotel lobby bar, which created a full atmosphere. This stay experience was also great👍. The hotel front desk service was warm and thoughtful. I would like to especially mention Sophia and Kevin. Every detail was impeccable. I really felt the enthusiasm of the people of Shenyang. Friend suggested an international hotel because most local hotels struggle/can’t welcome foreigners. I decided on the Westin and it was nothing short of amazing, great service, helpful staff and beautiful finishes. I even got a room upgrade so that made my short trip even sweeter! The bed in the room is really comfortable, with moderate firmness and softness, which is very suitable. Being connected to K11 China Unicom, shopping is convenient, and the hotel buffet is highly recommended. From the Forbidden City, Zhang's Mansion and the museum can all be reached by subway. The entrance of the hotel is directly at the subway entrance, which is very convenient for travel. Overall, I am quite satisfied and thank Sherry for her dedicated service.
