I went out the next day and found out that the other rooms were not like this. This made me very sad. I felt so sad. I didn’t fall asleep at 3 o’clock in the middle of the night and woke up eight times a night. Now I’m in a trance. Why did you treat me like this, why! You are so cruel, do you know that your irresponsibility will make me sleepless all night? I woke up when I dreamed back at midnight, my hands and feet were cold, I wanted to struggle but I had no strength, my heart felt like a big hole had been dug out, do you care? Environment: The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is very poor, because there are many parent-child families, and the children who come back late talk in the corridor, laugh, and close the door. Because I have stayed in many hotels, this one is really not in place in this regard. Service: There is nothing to say about this. Every service staff greets with a smile, very polite, and very in place! Very good! The tickets for the Ice and Snow World and the Zoo are very good and worth it. Breakfast: Very rich and tastes very good. Overall, it is very good and worth recommending!

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

Just because the location is perfect, I stayed for three nights in total. The beautiful and handsome man at the front desk provided excellent service. There were many types of breakfast. The room was very clean. The room with street view was big enough. Sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling window and looking at the middle street in a daze was the most enjoyable moment during the trip!

I booked a room in advance during the National Day holiday, but I was stuck on the highway and couldn't check in. When I arrived the next day, the room price had already increased. When I came to Shenyang, I chose a hotel for half a day. Finally, I chose this hotel because I was interested in the family room. Two queen beds, I really made the right choice. There is a bathtub and two large beds that can sleep four people. The only thing that is not very suitable is the glass partition of the shower room, the sticker is a bit see-through. It's a bit inconvenient, I hope to put a glass sticker on it later. I originally booked it for one day, but after I entered the room, I felt that the overall quality was good, so I rushed to extend the stay for another day. Fortunately, I started early, and there were quite a lot of people checking in the next day. It seems to be very popular. The breakfast was quite satisfactory and the waiters were very enthusiastic. There are children's tableware and children's dining chairs.

I had been stayed in the hotel twice from 18 May 2023. The first stay was booked through trip.com while the 2nd stay was booked through the hotel directly. The hotel is located at a very good position. The river bank park is within 5 mins walking and it is not bad and good for morning or evening walk. The bed sheets are very clean and comfortable. 4-6 bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided a day The staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I had a document to copy in an evening time when the shops were closed due to the late hours. I just passed by the receiption area, so I just asked the staff at the counter if they have a copying machine. In fact, they don't have a photo copier. They just have a printer with copy function. The printer is installed at a pretty low position, and need to squat down to operate it. Xiao Song, a very friendly and nice lady, helped me to make 2 copies of my document while she needed to serve other clients at the counter at the same time. She had to squat down few times to complete the whole document. Thank you so much Xiao Song. The hotel lift is a bit slow and waiting time is a bit longer. You may need to press the same button more than once for a ride.
