The hotel is great! Clean, modern, the room is confortable, the bathroom fantastic, huge shower. My only complaints are: 1) terrible wi-fi service, slow, very slow. 2) the breakfast was horrible! The hotel is in Shenzhen, a huge city in Guangdong, we should at least expect several kinds of dim sum. The hotel provided 2 types of dim sum, bread (only butter, no jelly), vegetables, fruits and noodles. No fried eggs, no bacon, no beef, no chicken….. it felt like the breakfast area is run by a different company.

The hotel room is very big, the front desk girl is enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room for free. Guanlan River is outside the window, and there is a wetland park nearby, which is especially suitable for walking with children. The hotel facilities are very good, and the buffet and Chinese food are very delicious. I will book here again next time I come to Shenzhen, recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Great location next to ShenZhen Central Park which is a great place to jog or walk. Breakfast options are great with Western (breads, salad, oatmeal) and Chinese options (dim sum, noodle bar, and congee). Gym has a full squat rack and weights.

The hotel is good overall, but the air conditioning in the room is not very good. Fortunately, after contacting the front desk to change a room, there is no problem at all. The service attitude is great, especially the front desk Xiaoxin, who is very enthusiastic and polite. I am still very satisfied.

The hotel is well located next to the Electronics Street and Dream-on mall. The room is clean and we extended one more night as it is easy access to the places we planned to visit. Would recommend to friends when they are visiting Shenzhen.
