In terms of service, one of the staff Anna really stood out among all. She’s really polite, friendly and helpful in providing information on how to travel from Shenzhen to hongkong. It was our last night in Shenzhen and her service sweeten our stay and left a good impression on this hotel ! Pretty on point. Our cleaning auntie is very friendly as well. Love the room layout and it’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. And shoutout to the coffee IYUAN. It’s a must try for his coffee. Love the strong aromatic flavour. Will come back to this hotel if I visit Shenzhen!! Till the next time.

My child's college entrance examination is very close to the examination site. After choosing this hotel, I was not disappointed. The front desk lady provided good service, the hotel was quiet, and the room attendant also thoughtfully prepared blessing cards for the candidates👍

The east gate is located at a food street in the back street. It is convenient for eating. The front and back doors of the lobby are wide open, so you can walk around casually. There is no air conditioning. There is only one staff member at the front desk. Check-in is very slow and the staff is of poor quality. I booked a superior room with a bathtub. It's big enough, the mattress is of good quality, but the hygiene is average. There is dust on the countertop and bed, and the towels are not very white. Not a recommended hotel to stay in.

Siyu and Xiaolin at the front desk provided very good and attentive service. The housekeeper in-law was very enthusiastic and the service was efficient and attentive. I am very satisfied and give every employee a thumbs up~! Tai Chi Chinese Restaurant is also of high quality and worth a try~!

The hotel doesnt really look like that new from the outside, as we arrived we doubted if we have gone to the wrong place. The hotel located next to a residential area, 2-3 small stores nearby. Close to One Avenue, but not walking distance. Check in was smooth, staff knew minimal English though. The hotel has a aviation theme at the lobby. The room itself was fine, we had a double bed plus some sitting area. Room was spacious. Throughout the stay the minibar was available for free for us, and they extended check out time to 2pm for us. We ordered delivery online and was delivered to us at the room by the little robot from the hotel once it is delivered to the hotel. Pleasant stay overall, wished the location was a little more convient though.
