The hotel is very close to Huanggang Port, about 500 meters on foot. Because it was late at night when I came back from Hong Kong after watching a concert, I chose this chain hotel nearby. The hotel is in the community, and the surrounding facilities are very complete and convenient. It takes about 20 yuan to take a taxi from Luohu Station to the hotel. The hotel environment is good, the room and bed are very comfortable, and the price is very affordable.

Hotel room is good and clean, there’s McDonald’s and KFC within 300 metres, the nearest metro station is Kengzi metro station is within 700metres, there’s 24 hours convenience stores at hotel downstairs, hotel staffs are approachable. At hotel downstairs, there’s a stall selling Chang Fen (肠粉）、it’s very good I highly recommend you all to try, rmb 6 only. Once you reach downstairs, on your left there’s a mini slope, there’s a stall within 20metres. Kindly find the photos attached.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Shenzhen and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and with lots of lively spots nearby. What really made my stay special was the incredible service from Jossce, the Guest Relations Manager. From the moment I arrived, she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Jossce was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made me feel right at home. She was always there to help with any questions or requests, and her warm demeanor was a real highlight of my stay. I highly recommend the Shenzhen Wyndham Hotel, especially because of Jossce. If you’re looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Shenzhen, this is the place to be.

My 2nd visit already. Booked executive suite and got a free upgrade to studio suite. Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed happy hour and breakfast at the Club Lounge on 24/F, a great space with full of privacy and tranquility. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Special thanks to the Lounge Manager, Ms. Berry Liang, for her attentive service. Look forward to coming back soon.

The hotel was shown as a 5 stars but I don't think it deserve to be a 5 stars. It's Old, water pressure is low and hard to adjust to the right temperature (it would either be really hot or cold). Wall paper was partly ripped. Bathtub wall has black spot (can't confirm if it's just dirty or mold) The overall property is not bad on the outside. It is on the boarder of HK and SZ, so it's good location if you wanna be close to HK. But note the road going in would be jammed of u are going in and out before the boarder close. Overall all, I would not recommend it as a 5 star hotel.(Unless everything else is booked) Maybe as a high 3 star. With current price I can find better place to stay in the mode center SZ area. Room stayed sees a little HK area ( it honk it is HK across the creek)

We had a wonderful trip in Shenzhen, and the stay in Hilton made the trip even better! the room was well conditioned at a nice temperature as well as the view, buffet and comfort. It is also conveniently situated right on the metro exit and one stop only to Huangqiangbei. The staff were kind and incredibly helpful, Summer added me on WeChat and provided high standard advice on hotel facilities, which I thought was very kind of her. The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and the gym and swimming facilities are well maintained. I will come back next time if I need to go to Shenzhen.

This hotel is classy, sedate, and regal. The location is close to some of the hotspots in Futian (particularly Brew, with its great in-house live band) and is a beautiful space in terms of decor. THE PILLOWS ARE AMAZING. You will sleep well in these most comfortable surroundings, and the service is impeccable-from the front desk to the bellmen. The cafe breakfast buffet is delicious with everything you could want to eat and drink. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
