The location is next to the port. Needless to say, as soon as you enter the door, the front desk service may be more enthusiastic and proactive. The check-in process is OK. There is a smell left by a previous guest when you enter the room. I decided to change rooms. I found hair on the floor and toilet. I washed it The clothes dryer can't dry clothes, and the cleanliness needs to be upgraded. After staying for more than ten days, I found that the front desk was busy with mobile phone business when I came in and out. They were indifferent. The whole stay was average. The best thing about it was the aunties who cleaned the room. The labor contribution needs to be recognized

Hotel room is good and clean, there’s McDonald’s and KFC within 300 metres, the nearest metro station is Kengzi metro station is within 700metres, there’s 24 hours convenience stores at hotel downstairs, hotel staffs are approachable. At hotel downstairs, there’s a stall selling Chang Fen (肠粉）、it’s very good I highly recommend you all to try, rmb 6 only. Once you reach downstairs, on your left there’s a mini slope, there’s a stall within 20metres. Kindly find the photos attached.

The hotel was shown as a 5 stars but I don't think it deserve to be a 5 stars. It's Old, water pressure is low and hard to adjust to the right temperature (it would either be really hot or cold). Wall paper was partly ripped. Bathtub wall has black spot (can't confirm if it's just dirty or mold) The overall property is not bad on the outside. It is on the boarder of HK and SZ, so it's good location if you wanna be close to HK. But note the road going in would be jammed of u are going in and out before the boarder close. Overall all, I would not recommend it as a 5 star hotel.(Unless everything else is booked) Maybe as a high 3 star. With current price I can find better place to stay in the mode center SZ area. Room stayed sees a little HK area ( it honk it is HK across the creek)

We had a wonderful trip in Shenzhen, and the stay in Hilton made the trip even better! the room was well conditioned at a nice temperature as well as the view, buffet and comfort. It is also conveniently situated right on the metro exit and one stop only to Huangqiangbei. The staff were kind and incredibly helpful, Summer added me on WeChat and provided high standard advice on hotel facilities, which I thought was very kind of her. The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and the gym and swimming facilities are well maintained. I will come back next time if I need to go to Shenzhen.
