設施齊全、服務熱情。入住期間，每一位碰面的工作人員都會打招呼。早餐在三樓的餐廳，不算是那種正規的自助餐廳，但能看出來，應該都是酒店員工手工做的早餐，不是那種速凍產品。現磨咖啡口感可以，還蠻好喝的。工作人員也會指引怎樣去乘坐大巴車去寶安會展中心，並且有跟車的工作人員會維持秩序。大巴車開不進去展館，會停到展館的14號門大馬路上，體驗感還是不錯的，服務很棒。
