前台服務有禮有節，很熱心，真不錯。酒店環境也還行，房間裏面的衞生比較乾淨，住着感覺還行，窗户是外窗很採光，房間Wi-Fi也很快，其它都還行吧，經濟型酒店，咱也不能要求太多，整體環境設施啊還是可以的

酒店還不錯，有免費的洗衣房，就是洗衣脱水有一個小時差不多，不過還好可以烘乾，設施設備還比較齊全，工作人員也很好，服務態度很不錯

房間內的空間還是蠻大的，有外窗，光線比較好，很透氣。衞生打掃的很乾凈，客房內的設施也比較齊全，整體給人的感受還是得行的，服務意識態度也都不錯

住了十來次了，每一次插卡大廳電梯的時候，不管輕按重按，電梯按鈕都不亮，而且每一次都確認了插卡方向沒有錯，幾次碰到別人也遇到同樣的問題。7天也是知名的連鎖品牌，我想這個問題也不是我一個人遇到，為什麼這麼小的問題，花費幾乎不用一間房一晚的房費，幾個月都不解決，難道客户的體驗不重要，他們嫌前台不夠忙嗎？門店管理人員這麼捨不得花錢去解決一個影響了所有人的這麼小的一個問題!!!!

服務員很熱情，處理問題很快速和專業，照顧到了住客的心理感受，雖然有些事情不能太過分，畢竟價位在這裏，要求不能太高，但是酒店的衞生乾淨和服務態度好確實給我留下很好印象，綜合評價還是不錯的。
