設施：酒店設施很好很新。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，沒有衞生死角。
環境：五樓露台特別好，能夠遠眺機場跑道。值得一提的是，雖然離跑道近，但是房間隔音很好，基本聽不到引擎聲。
服務：酒店服務是最好的。每個環節的服務都非常熱情，能夠耐心照顧客人的需要，在酒店內碰到都會熱情地打招呼。前台入住時，一位個子比較高，身材微胖的男性經理得知想要靠近跑道一側，幫安排了景觀最好的房間，一路把客人送到電梯口，同時給耐心地介紹了酒店的設施。因為酒店承辦會議，第二天早餐正好碰上高峯，經理還耐心地給客人解釋了情況。這樣好的服務態度，哪怕多等一會兒都值得。以後在深圳轉機都會選擇凱悦。
尊享頭等/公務艙安檢通道票:過安檢超快，幾乎不排隊，公務艙安檢口也很近。

整體店裡的環境很好，採光也不錯，面對航班樓風景很好，📷蠻適合拍照。退房時不小心拉下了東西，幸好酒店工作人員Cindy曾及時提醒，並且幫忙郵寄回來！
