I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Jossce. From the moment I arrived, Jossce greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the room upgrade arranged by Jossce. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The attention to detail was impressive, with everything I needed conveniently located. One feature that stood out was the large double bathtub next to the window. It was an absolute delight to soak in the tub after a long day, and the view of the city's stunning night skyline added to the relaxing ambiance. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality amenities, and the overall comfort of the room was exceptional. The hotel's staff were attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure guests were well taken care of. The service was prompt, efficient, and personalized, making me feel valued and appreciated. In conclusion, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience. Premium location. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen . Cool staff , very welcoming , Got an upgrade from the with a wonderful large room and bathtub with a splendid view of the city 🌆. Enjoyed the stay , the breakfast and the meetings I had at this facility .

I had a wonderful stay at Shelton Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend Shelton Hotel for a relaxing getaway!

Nice location, 3 mins walking from metro, this is my parent’s birthday and their anniversary. I requested them to help me put on a surprise. And they did a great job!! My mum told me the birthday cake was fabulous! My mum and dad were getting a room upgrade, the room was spacious but with a little ware and tear, might wanna get those fixed to be a 5/5 in the amenities and cleanliness score. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made it a 5 star hotel, special thanks to Bruce Chan the front desk and Amo Hung the room service guy for all the surprises you guys help to make!

I use to have meetings at this hotel and when my family travelled to China, we stayed here . The reception team was too nice , Mike provided me endless service and help . The location is a unique and at the heart of Shenzhen. Very convenient location and close to almost everything: metro , high speed train, restaurants , shops , malls … Only the uncomfortable situation I had is that, breakfast restaurant team kept steering the way that someone is counting things and showing no smile , with bold faces.

Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay. The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm. Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room. We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!

Very decent hotel with wonderful food, facilities and service. Price is very affordable compared to other locations of Four Seasons Hotel. Especially recommend Matsuyi (Japanese restaurant) located on 6/F of hotel for lunch or dinner.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Although it’s bit old, everything was well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk Simon Feng was also very helpful. A very pleasant guy who helped to arrange my golf clubs to be sent the golf resort in Dongguan. Thank you.
