As expected, it was newly renovated, clean, spacious, and stylish. The large public bath was also clean, and the service was good everywhere.
The problem with the facility is that there are not many elevators compared to the number of rooms. When checking in or eating, no matter how long I waited, I couldn't get on the elevator. I wish there were stairs.
Also, I chose the ocean view, but it wasn't like the hotel was on the coast, but rather the ocean was a little far away. I think mountain view is fine.
Also, I wish they would increase the number of employees a little more. The service is not keeping up.
If you are planning to stay in the near future, I recommend that you eat at a pub a little further away near the station instead of the buffet on weekends and other days when it is likely to be crowded. The rooms are spacious, so takeout might be a good idea. The buffet is crowded both in the morning and evening, and you have to wait in a long line to get rice and miso soup. And when it's your turn, it's empty. It takes several minutes for it to be replenished. It seemed especially difficult for parents with small children. The food is at the level of a family restaurant, so I think it would be less stressful to eat there and check in later.
The staff are also working hard. I can't say anything. I wish I had eaten outside instead. If you're in a hurry in the morning, I recommend eating outside.

About 25 years ago,
four of us stayed here when it was called the Ise-Shima Royal Hotel.
The location from our room hasn't changed, but perhaps due to the times, the first floor has completely changed and it no longer has the image of a luxurious hotel as it once did.

The dinner was amazing! The lounge, which is open to all guests, offers free drinks from draft beer, which is a great service for alcohol lovers. It is also close to Spain Village, so I think it is the best hotel for those who are going to Spain Village.

My son and I had to cancel due to catching a cold, and when I contacted them the phone service was not very good,
but my husband and daughter who stayed at the hotel said it was very clean and very nice.
We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.
