We stayed here as a family of three. We had upgraded to a swim up room and the terrace and pool and sun all afternoon which was great if you’ve had enough of the main pool. Room was cleaned every day fresh pool towels every other. A good variation of food. If you do get bored of all inclusive there are plenty of restaurants on the main road. Has a little private beach with a swimming cove but does get very busy. Sun set views are amazing.

More like a 2 star, No towels for first 24hrs at reception , meant to be every other day, when mentioned to rep it was every 3 days wow ! First set of towels very threadbare and almost white but should have been yellow, towels only cover 2/3rds of sunbed Hotel very tired needing quite a bit of maintainance , some very basic and minutes to fix , gardener pours himself beer in the restaurant during day even after sorting wheelie bins out and not attempting even a hand wash before helping himself! Food very basic not a fussy eater but ate out 4 days out of 7. Poor quality all inclusive with a fair share of flys around on food due to all being open Had to pay 50euros to keep room after 11am as evening flight and nowhere to shower or change except outside shower and reception suggested changing in toilet Been to many hotels around the world but this one is definately not one to return to, shame as lovely location

After years my first ever review and only because staff were exceptional. I was first guest of the year so staff just settling in but went out of their way in service but especially kindness and generosity. A lesson for all hotels.

We ordered a certain type of room and got another and they didn't have the room we ordered. There is no water flow to shower and the wifi does not work either. The hotel is fully booked and there is no seating in the pool and the beach is not arranged for the hotel with lounge chairs. The room we got is not a family room because it has uncomfortable and even dangerous stairs and the bathroom and toilet is on the parents' upper floor so it is impossible for the children to go up the stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Every floor has an air conditioner but there is only one remote control. The restaurant in the hotel (not the dining room) is really not up to standard and the service is bad.

Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Room was perfect. Booked especially for all inclusive but surprised and disappointed there was no entertainment at all. Food was ok but not really 4 star in my opinion. Was fine for the three nights we were there.

We stayed here last month for 10 nights in a duplex room. The hotel itself is lovely , nice pool , no sun-bed wars and good location. The room was excellent which was cleaned daily . Now for the negatives- i feel the food choices are not a 4* , not a lot of choices and odd choices . No soup at lunchtime nor ham/cheese to go with a salad . Ive never been to a 4* hotel where there isn’t a chef that makes fresh omelettes / pancakes for breakfast and carves meat in the evening or makes a stir fry ect . What we did eat was nice but not very hot , and actually cold at times . The best meal we had was the bbq on a Sunday fresh and hot . Drinks- I know it’s a preference but there isn’t amaretto nor Malibu on the all inclusive so I struggled to find a drink that suited me . The cocktail selection was poor , not even the basic pina colada on the menu . I have read reviews on this that they take everyone’s comments into consideration but the situation is the same . I would return if the hotel was b&b , pity really , the food and drinks let the hotel down we ate out 6 nights out of 10 which was an extra cost after paying all inclusive.

My partner and myself are just back again from this hotel We had a duplex family room which is great as it gives you a lounge come bedroom with fold out beds and balcony Up stairs there is the bedroom bathroom which is great plenty room The restaurant food is great with good choices plus the staff are great There is plenty of sunbeds to choose from no hassle with people putting there towels on the beds The pool bar is great as the staff are also very friendly and pleasant This is our second time here we come in June for my birthdays Alex is the manager of this complex and is the most helpful manager I have came across on all our holidays Thank you again Alex and your staff and will see you next June

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 10 nights in June and it’s definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at, all the staff are really nice and friendly, the rooms are cleaned everyday with new towels and they have different themed food nights so that the food doesn’t get repetitive. The hotel is in a good area where it takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the main *****. Would definitely come back!

Had a 11 night stay here and from arrival to going home we where looked after by the wonderful staff.The location of the hotel is second to non with beautiful surroundings and amazing views,always beds by the pool available,towels provided, and wonderful food & drink.The rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day,and BBQ provided once a week,and Greek dancing on another night. Unfortunately no other entertainment on our stay and the bar in reception not in use which is a shame as it is in a prime position for a chilled relaxing drink.All in all we had a fantastic stay the resort is wonderful and I think we have found a hotel with the most friendly staff ever well done Akron seascape
