Good location as it is near the airport. Just book for Grab to the airport about 10 minute drive. Big and spacious rooms with a dining table, and kitchen and each room has a small electric kettle for you to boil water. Shampoo and body soap are provided. Can improve on pest control though. Found 2 cockroaches in the rooms but harmless.

A hotel that is very comfortable to stay. , Receptionist is very Friendly & Friendly. , Especially 'Yosi' .. The design of the hotel is quite interesting. , The room is quite comfortable ., It's just that the temperature of the room if set 27°C without being modified will be too hot for Surabaya city.. The TV Channel facilities are quite complete. , Has an International Channel ., Food at Restaurant Simple but Very Tasty ( Tasty ) .. Parking Area also spacious can accommodate cars in the front of the hotel and motorbikes in the rear area of the hotel .. The hotel also has a Spa for relaxation and Ballroom for meeting facilities that can accommodate up to 100 pax. , The hotel is also close to the College Students' Stadium and Shopping Centers such as Burger King & Lotte Mart.. Enough to please what News Hotel Surabaya offers. , Economic Price with Fantastic Service. , Very Recommended !!

I recently stayed at the Premier Place for a business trip and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped for work, with comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were professional, polite and very friendly. So many variance for breakfast. Don't worry if you have an early morning flight, they will wake you up and drop to airport. Will be back to this hotel again. Thank you so much Premier place for having me. See you another time

The receptionists and staff are friendly and friendly, wifi and cell phone signal in room 101 during my stay could not be used for no reason, the hotel was quite neat, comfortable and clean, complete bathroom equipment, the hotel was stable, the food was good

Service is good, breakfast is delicious and have many kind of foods, the room is Excellent, i had a very good time stay there and make me wanna go back and stay there.the access is fine, everything is good and fine, the price is worthy

Got a transit flight to Makassar on the next day, I decided to stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, inside the Terminal 1 Juanda Airport so no need to use transportation anymore (If your flight domestik). Receptiont named Devi was nice and cheerful, the Bar staff is also awesome. Feels like stay at my home. Thank you guys for your service. Love it so much !

The Zest Hotel is a very wonderful and friendly hotel. I’m very happy with my stay. The staff, always smiling and ready to attend to your everyday needs. The restaurant on the 1st floor is very delicious and the employees there are always happy to serve you. Wonderful and delicious food. The room itself is wonderful too. The wifi works well and had no issues connecting to it. The bed is very comfortable. I got a wonderful view. Everything went well. I definitely will return next time. Thank you so much.

Didn't know what to expect, I booked one night. Boy, how regretful I was. Wish I stayed longer. Bed & pillow were super comfortable. And the surprise? BOLSTER...! I immediately feel at home & indeed, I slept like baby. AC was okay, but the hot water pressure was consistently great, and it made my ritual of hot shower before going to bed perfectly kept. One thing I noticed is how the attention to detail is given to ensure the cleanliness is kept around the clock. 4 times I went to the public toilet and the seat is ALWAYS dry and clean. Yes, I have an serious case of OCD & yet I can't fault the cleanliness. Although a bit dark in Reception desk, Putri the receptionist is always eager to assist. The others need to learn from her professional hospitality attitude. Lobby is small but functional. The Hall meeting room is spacious. My meeting arrangement was easily accommodated and professionally well taken care of by Freshi Moreno. A big thank you for extending your flexibility toward my changing meeting arrangement need. Breakfast selection was varied & satisfying but the group's loud chatters turned off my appetite slightly. Location is great, rate is affordable but at product this good it should've fetched a few more rupiah. Concussion: Stay here. Period. Highly recommended.
