Excellent hotel. Latest hotel opened in town with beautiful Khmer carvings and decoration style. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful like you would see for five star hotel.
Pool is very nice with towels placed on lounge chair and changed regularly.
They have a good breakfast included with the room as I don't remember choosing the option when booking.
Very good location, one block away from pub street and closed to the national museum or the night food market. The hotel is in a quiet location.

The hotel facilities I stayed at during this trip were very innovative and diverse. The service quality of the hotel is also very good. I give it a high rating of 10 points. However, I must mention that the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved, there are still stains on the mattress. It is hoped that the hotel can pay more attention to hygiene and ensure that guests can have a more comfortable and clean stay experience.

The hotel stay was amazing. Everything was new, it smells great, they take care of the details. The staff, especially Bossaba and Sophors, were great. They served something different for breakfast every day, lots of variety. The pool is prettier than in the photos, and in the room you get a robe, sandals, etc. They have a gym, jacuzzi, sauna. Everything was amazing.

As per my previous review, I enjoyed the hotel so much that I booked an extra week. The hotel is excellent and one of the reasons is the staff who made me feel so welcome by being so friendly and providing great service. I’d like to name just a few of the staff who made my stay so pleasant; Soborey, Kolab, Bossaba, Sophors, Panha, Tha, Ramon, Sreyreath, Dara and Chea Solin. Thank you so much to the whole staff for a great stay.

very nice new hotel in the centre of centre. it is 2 min to pubstreet but no noise around the hotel. rooms are beatiful big and clean. staff is extremely friendly and kind. Special thanks to Sophors, Bossaba and Panha. We will stay here again when we are back in Siem Reap. thanks

My first time in Cambodia so I was truly unsure about the quality of the accommodation, but honestly I think the quality of the service and smile is the one of the best I ever experienced. All staff at hotel Koulen central were absolutely fantastic and made enormous efforts to make our stay enjoyable. They even surprised with a cake for my birthday. The rooms are big with very modern and beautiful design. Had fantastic sleep as well. They even pack our breakfast when we were going for the Angkor wat tour at 4:20AM. Especially I would love to thank you Ly Chneang and Ching Ching for making sure we have everything we need during our stay.
