The air-conditioner is not cold at all even set it at 16°c. No change after we complaint & the technician came to repair it. The carpet is dusty & there is no room slippers. The room housekeeping is not really clean. They should improve these few parts. The nearest MRT is Bendemeer, which is convenient to travel around.

I’m very upset with the recent trip I just had. I’m a regular at Aqueen Lavender, I frequently stay there. This was one of the worst trips I had. I booked a room for 2 nights. When I arrived at my room there was 3 baby roaches, and the aircon was very hot and wasn’t working so I asked for a change of room and they agreed. I was already very upset, then when I went to the second room, the toilet was infested with toilet bugs but I ignored that because every toilet has it. What really affected me about the second room was that the lighting and door was spoiled. The lighting flickered a lot during our sleep and would switch on and off randomly. The toilet door was spoiled and couldn’t close fully. When I pulled it to close, it would open on its own again. I’m so upset because this is my favourite hotel that I go to but this was the worst trip.

It's a nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are big with all amenities. Location is perfect, in a nice neighborhood.

Everything is good. Male in the front desk is wonderfull he gives compliments extra two hours to stay for some small issues. Im booking again this month.
