房間較大，早餐送餐服務很棒

設施：非常新的一家酒店，無邊泳池超棒 衞生：很乾凈，整個酒店都充滿着濃郁的香氛氣息 環境：很舒服，還有機器人做的免費咖啡 服務：服務周到，華人友好

房間看上去挺新，但是仔細看衞生細節都不到位，一般吧，不會再訂

酒店位置極佳，環境服務很好，房間很寬敞！

After looking at many hotels in Singapore, I chose Como after comprehensive consideration. The hotel is new and not renovated. The facilities are clean. The sanitation service of this hotel is really shocking. They put slippers on the water cup, drinks and my things. After complaining, an Indian sanitation service staff was sent. He came over and argued: I just put it on here and planned to replace you with a new pair. I was so angry after hearing this explanation that I didn't want to say more to him. This explanation is too ridiculous. They were perfunctory and treated guests as **. First of all, they never changed slippers during the five nights they stayed last time. There was no such thing as changing slippers at all. Secondly, you can't put slippers in this place for any reason. It's a ridiculous reason. Picture 2 is the bathroom after cleaning. The towels have not been changed and are just placed casually; Picture 3 is the floor after cleaning. It is certain that the floor was not cleaned at all and it was very perfunctory. There are some other situations. In short, it is ridiculous. I don't know what this service staff is thinking to do such a thing. So far, COMO Hotel has not given me a new response to this situation. This is the first time I have encountered such a bad situation. I would like to ask the leaders of your hotel to give me a reply and explanation.
