The hotel front office offered me an option when I arrived earlier at 1:30pm, offer me a triple room (per photo), the conditions are allowed to enjoy earlier check-in and late check out for an hour, then can be moved to a connected room (per my booking) which is on the higher floor tomorrow. After viewing the room, I have rejected their offer. When I came back to 3:00pm to check in, I got the lower floor on the 3rd floor which has a lot of mosquitoes, the same platform of swimming pool which is easily accessed by outsiders from the window. Therefore, I have requested to move to a higher floor tomorrow, the front office said the higher floor is no longer available. This is ridiculous, why did the front office staff tell me earlier if I accept the offer, they can provide me the higher floor the next day. But as long as I rejected their offer, the higher floor becomes unavailable? Fortunately, the customer service of Trip.com is named as Mac who has assisted me to gain the higher floor after negotiating with the hotel. Front office staff have a bad attitude, Even when it's my turn when lined up, she has asked someone to come over to her desk, encouraging customers to cut the line. But the house keepers are always having excellent service, with a smile on their face always. Facilities and amenities: small pool with 0.9m and 1.2m Average price per person: SGD100

It's a nice and comfortable place for me to get away from my family and have some fun and relaxing time with me, myself and I. It location is also very nice and very good if you want be in the city and see the world go by. I have already stay at the little hotel with such a majestic name. And I will be making my return to this fine establishment every end of month. I would recommend this hotel and i like to take this opportunity to give credit the hotel staff for all the wonderful services they have given to their guests from near and far.

Arton was a nice hotel. It's close to hawker centers and convenience stores. It's also 400m away from Bendemeer station. The surrounding environment was peaceful. It has coffee, tea and bottled water.

The hotel is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. The room was all right. But the paint work could hv been better, some wear & tear can be seen on the wall, but no matter. Still good for a rest. I told the gentleman at the reception I needed a room with good air-conditioning and he gladly obliged. Quite a lot of tourists stay here due to the location. Nvr lack of eateries & entertainment around the area!

The room was kind of small but it’s ok to spend 3 days in China town. I personally like the shower room even we shared with other neighbors but it was literally clean and comfortable. And Walking to the Maxwell station would take just 4-5 mins.

Cleanliness in toilet is acceptable. No hair strand found, no insects detected as what the other reviews shown. Was almost perfect until there was obvious dust on the hanger. Crept me out bcuz it's really a whole chunk of it on the hanger. No plug in charger to charge my device close my bed which is a hassle. At the corner of room it was quite a quiet place of cos still able to hear walking steps, ppl talking but it was still bearable. Aircon is working well. Overall it was still a ok night out since I'm out for business trip. Just downstairs have alot of food stores even have convenient store a plus point.

in my opinion the location is very close to the hawker center. In my opinion, the room is not too big and not too small, the bathroom door can't be locked or is broken, the hair dryer doesn't heat, the carpet is dusty. I think the carpet needs to be replaced with a new one. the bed and AC are very satisfying.

I just had a problem checking in as the self check in is not working. But the customer service is very attentive and accommodating. She guided me all the way and been a very big help. I also encountered a toilet bowl with stain, the previous user did not clean it. But the rest is clean. They do not serve food so I was given a voucher as my booking has food inclusion.

Far from MRT but there is bus stop near by hotel And near vivo city to accross to universal. Room pretty small if prepare with other hotel in the same price. If just only 1 person it's ok for this room size Officer are nice, good hospitality So far from grocery Natural vibe
