Tolles Familiengeführtes Hotel.Bei der Ankunft haben wir direkt eine Führung durch das Hotel bekommen und uns nach der langen Autofahrt direkt wohl gefühlt. Größe der Zimmer ist ausreichend , Betten sind sehr bequem, dass Frühstück ist sehr gut , vorallem das Rührei ist sehr lecker. Hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit in dem Hotel ! Für die Entspannung sorgt der Pool , welcher genügend Liegen für alle Gäste hat....Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Residence Holiday which is located within a short walking distance to the lake! Even better, there is a really chill lake bar for drinks & eats next to where people gather on blankets to watch the sun set...just gorgeous! The facilities are great. Our room was spacious and the A/C worked well. We liked having a balcony. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette -a sink, a refrigerator, and a stove top along wirh essential cooking & eating utensils. I brought my own blow dryer as there was not one in the room. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided great service! Thank you Valentina for all of the information!! The pool area was also a fantastic addition to the property. It was my main reason for booking here. It did not disappoint! Two thumbs up!!

We chose the Hotel Porto Azzurro in Sirmione because of its very nice pool and grounds and closeness to the Lago di Garda. The weather was unusually cold so we didn't use the pool but did enjoy a delicious dinner at a restaurant on the Lago, a short walk from the hotel. A special feature of our room was the large patio that we shared with our son's family in the room next door. The buffet breakfast was also the BEST that I have every had in any of the many hotels that we have stayed at over the years. [NOTE: I mistakenly wrote a review of the Hotel Europa in Sirmione that actually applies to the Hotel Porto Azzurro. We had stayed at a Hotel Europa in another city, so I confused the name].

I am so happy we chose this hotel for our 6 day stay in Sirmione. The heart beat of this hotel is the staff. The ladies at the front desk are the kindest most helpful people. They arranged taxi’s , gave restaurants suggestions, maps of area, ferry schedules, attraction recommendations etc, I can’t say enough about them! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced . So much choice! Nice outdoor covered area to hang out at night. Rooms are small, but we only slept there so wasn’t an issue. About a 40 min walk from old town or a short public bus ride. Good restaurants close by. Awesome choice !

The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, contacted by phone before booking, and actively suggested to choose the newly renovated room type, the same price, the room is better! There are two single beds, suitable for families with two children!
