Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

Christmas Day Mother with 2 children 16 and 19 years old. Upon arrival we were told that the pool is only for naked swimming and that this was only possible from a certain age. So keep this in mind to avoid disappointment because it is not explicitly stated on the booking site.
The family room was terribly dirty😵 I took pictures of it and showed them and asked for another room to make a long story short... 1st answer was not possible, no more rooms available
When we asked to be transferred to another Fletcher hotel because this was really possible, a miracle happened...
Suddenly there were not 1 but 2 double rooms available🤔 breakfast was fine, just pay attention to the glasses and cups, there were also a few that were not really clean.

Hotel nooit geprobeerd maar de sauna is super! Simpel maar zeer efficiënt en sfeervol. Precies hoe een sauna hoort te zijn. Als je de acties in de gaten houdt is het ook erg voordelig Restaurant is niet geweldig maar good enough. En uiteindelijk kom je daar ook niet voor..

Geweldige hotel en welness centrum welke meer dan compleet is. Maar het personeel maakt de tent en juist daar zit geen tempo in. Meerdere keren lang staan te wachten op bediening die schitterde in afwezigheid. Jammer, dat kan anders..

Prima hotel, zeker een aanrader. Hygiëne goed, comfort bedden etc. goed en ontbijtbuffet ook zeer lekker. De service van het personeel vond ikzelf een beetje wisselvallend, ik kreeg het idee daf ikzelf vaak ‘aan de mauw’ moest trekken of gedag moest zeggen. (Ik ken andere hotels waar je direct wordt begroet door het personeel, wetend dat ze klaar voor je staan).
Over het algemeen ben ik erg tevreden en wil ik zeker nogmaals langskomen!

lauw bier als start, badkamervloer een plas water, het ergste was het diner s 'avonds. gereserveerd voor 20:00 uur komen 15 min later, bestellen het keuze menu met als dessert ijs. Krijgen te horeen dat het dessert niet kan want dat is te laat voor de keuken, Via de receptie moeten regelen dat we toch een dessert zouden krijgen. Tijdens de hoofdmaaltijd, komt de bedienening met het dessert (IJS). Ziet dat we nog met de hoofdmaaltijd bezig zijn, "Oh U bent nog niet klaar". Wilt U het zo lang even koud zetten in de diepvries of zo is ons antwoord. na 25 min krijgen we een grootdeels een gesmolten ijs-dessert geserveerd. Door de enige vriendelijke -niet "witte"- ober krijgen we er apart een paar koude ijs-bolletjes in een kom bij. PS de wellnes inrichting met heel veel roestvrijstaal is heel erg uitglij gevoelig
