Responding to shelly c.pleasd don't call my family game playing this was a honest from our experience. One thing I did not put in.my review but I will add is as we were leaving l left a small tip for someone who works there.and they said if you come back choose room 10.why would they say that unless they knew what the rooms were like.the review was a true reflection and not a biased response like from you saying to ignore ours.maybe as you keep going back to your friends you are bias.what surprised me is when you said you came from a travelling background if so you should know what good looks like.pool and bar fine.not once did the host ask how we were.they must have known we were not happy .why did you not say ignore all reviews which would then make people decide for themselves.tripadvisor is excellent and people decide on hotels based on this so people have the option to decide even if the review is terrible like our our wondefully beutifull like shelly c.There are excellent hotel in skiathos that are clean and guest should have the whole experience including rooms aas this adds to the experience .some of the reviews are posted several times by returning friends so a little bias .finally choose wisely as people spend hard earned money so because we did not place a all singing and all dancing review shelly c from a travelling background said please ignore. SKIATHOS IS A WONDERFULL PLACE SO CHOSE YOUR HOTEL WISELY BE WARNED
