Plenty of correspondence before hand . I contacted asking if we needed take any washing liquid, cleaning products or tea cloths etc.. Told I didn’t need to take any . Stayed for 3 nights . Location good for food, Slough train and bus station, car park for 6 cars at the front . Our mistake we parked on the wrong car park at the back and ended up getting stuck but if they had a file or booklet in the apartment with an information pack .eg in case of an emergency, fire exit , car park at rear , nothing on walls to show fire exits . Windows had locks on so only open slightly. One exit out of apartment. Greeted by Fasual when we arrived. Maintenance man who was difficult for us to understand explained things how to work the washer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Asked where cleaning products were and told I have to buy my own. Tried to pay by card machine but was told internet wasn’t good . So they asked for cash. Had several phone calls asking for the cash as we were busy in Legoland and London. Paid £320 told would bring back change but didn’t. Only £4 but our money. Asked if things were ok so we asked for a plug for bath, trays so we could use the oven as nothing to use . Asked for help to get the air conditioning working. Told he would get back to us but never did. We were in no. 1 room which was great for us with a 5 year old. Room very hot so tried to use air conditioner, didn’t work so contacted them and told it does work and again told only to touch the up and down buttons. Tried again didn’t work . Undid windows but didn’t realise that we are right by the hospital and sirens going off due to emergency services. The blinds in rooms weren’t the best but please see photos . A lot of light in the rooms . The 2 double bedrooms, bathroom ,kitchen,were good with the potential of being amazing if it was looked after and checked all the resources were in the room and not make excuses that that someone else has pinched the plugs, oven trays. had little things to make it better for example a bath mat as it was very slippy in the shower. When we left we went back on to Booking. Com and had an email saying that we had cancelled our booking and why had we done it. Would I go stop here again No .if I knew what to expect and had information and more prepared then hope it helps someone else just need air conditioning working a d extra resources which would have made it more comfortable for our stay .
