The restroom light didn't work

The room was not clean and the bathroom was extremely dirty that we had changed three times and still had not get a clean room.

Crappy never go here, we had bed bugs in are room 107.

Housekeeping had carts in the aisle, which made it difficult to access my room. Also, with housekeeping hard at work at 4 pm, it seems it should have appeared and smelled clean, however, it did not. The vending machines were broken. The shower was not visibly clean, and the shower head was garbage. I checked for bed bugs, and didn't notice any (I only looked at one corner of the mattress), but at about midnight or so, when I was just about to retire for the evening, there it was: a bed bug, crawling on the pillow. I took a photo, and informed the front desk. I quickly gathered my things which I now have to treat for bed bugs, and had to drive the 2 hour drive at 1 am. The clerk told me I should get a refund immediately, but as of now there is no sign of a refund in my account.

We changed rooms twice because the room given to us was so broken down (like a squealing toilet, couch arm chewed down to the wood, corroded kitchen sink, missing drawers, broken and crooked recliners), and our non-smoking room smelled like someone had been smoking in them for 100 years. Our 3rd room was finally good enough to sleep in with my family. The app said they had cribs or playpens for babies, but i didn't want to risk it.

The water for the shower was a trickle literally. The ceiling fan was missing and the electric wires were sticking out uncapped very dangerous. The room felt dirty. TV did not work. The front desk would not answer the call when I called for them to try to fix the TV. Very disappointed. I will never stay at that hotel again ever I suggest arete take a look at it because it is dangerous, electric wire sticking out the ceiling uncapped, I took pictures just to make sure if corporate wants to see them

This property would be better if the desk clerk could get out of her chair (with pillow) to deal with costumers, if there were drinking vessels of any kind in the room, the windows didn't have to be held in place with duct tape, the parking area was not full of holes and broken pavement, the trees and shrubbery were trimmed to allow people to walk on the sidewalk. The place is a Dump! It appears that the only ones actually doing their job are the maids. Super 8 should get rid of this place!

The staff wasn't friendly and when checking out there was what appeared to be a homeless man sleeping on the couch. Very smelly and that's being nice

Bed was way too soft. Mattresses do need to be replaced!
