Very new and convenient place.
Spacious rooms and bathrooms.
Nice views from the sky bars.
A bit empty area around, but close to city centre.
Didn't try swimming pool as not too much info about it

I give 3 stars only for the location the size of the room but it's nothing special it's not a real 5 star hotel the room it's dusty and the carpet it's hairy and in one of the top shelves I find a very old dry biscuit the staff on the reception they don't explain anything.in the room we have only one bottle of water one face towel and one body towel but we are 2 people

This is a great hotel in a very nice location. Quiet, perfectly located and it has nice big suites. The view from the higher floors are very nice, too.
I can recommend and when I'm in Sofia this is usually the hotel I stay at.

Magnifique hôtel à Sofia.
Upgrade de la chambre suite au statut VIP.
Chambre très propre et spacieuse au 15eme étage avec une superbe vue.
Sevice très bon.
Prix élevé malgré tout pour le petit déjeuner.
Le seul soucis c'est le prélèvement de 200 BGN directement à l'arrivée et seulement le remboursement de la différence qui peut durer jusqu'à 2/3 semaines.

Let’s start on the positive. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the hotel was a short walk from the city centre. On the negative side, reception staff were so rude unbothered, maybe playing into the Eastern European stereotype, we went to the pool but that comes at a €40 per person fee, a total con, the girl on reception said no one has been in weeks and has the same conversation with every guest.
I wouldn’t recommend staying and I would find a place where you can use all the facilities working the cost of the hotel, very disappointed.

Magnificent luxury experience! This was my first trip to Sofia and Bulgaria. What a first impression! The obvious: it is an awesome hotel and while I had a group booking rate, the rates are worth the level of experience. Service is first class. Also, the local employees are very friendly. It is a society that is polite and very people-oriented, who treat people as well as conduct themselves with dignity. The free gym seems to be a franchise, but that explains the scale and popularity. The location is good in that you are a twenty-minute beautiful walk into the city center, which is teeming with cafes, restaurants and beautiful landmarks. The Nevsky Cathedral is stunning! The room was huge with a view of the mountain. Excellent bed and bathroom. I would return with my wife for a vacation in the city and area.
