If you plan on NOT being in the unit very much, it's fine. The bare minimum of bare minimum. Nothing was bad, just wasn't good either. Honestly felt more like motel than a condo unit.

They seemed to be in the process of doing some repairs on the outside of the building. It was kinda noisy during the day, but nothing too obnoxious. The worst part of the stay was how uncomfortable the beds were. They also have some pretty strict rules about not being in the common areas after 8pm. I wouldn’t choose this property again.

The property was suitable for sleeping and luckily that is all we intended to use it for. There were many things "out of order" like the outlet in the bathroom and the holes in the wall where a TV and cables were removed. The windows didn't lock and some other deferred maintenance. The pool always looked clean but we didn't use it. We didn't see anyone else in the pool either. There is no front desk or really a presence of employees at any time other than every other day towel service. All of the activities listed as "on site" really are more "in the town" of Puerto Aventuras and not specifically at or for the hotel. It has potential, but the feel is more like a condo building that has been deserted and new ownership may be trying to turn it into more of a rental opportunity. Not a bad place but not everything that is advertised.

We had no hot water in the apartment we were originally given, but we were able to switch to a room that did have hot water. The manager, Oscar, was prompt, friendly, and effective in helping us with any problems we had with the room.

La vista está bonita aunque se encuentra al final de una parte del canal y solo cuenta con tres kayaks para todos los departamentos que son varios y el depto que rentamos al apagar el aire se empezó a salir el agua del drenaje del mismo e inundó el baño, se reportó y según esto lo fueron a secar pero al regresar entré al baño rápidamente y me resbalé y caí con el agua que nuevamente estaba en el suelo, nos ofrecieron cambiarnos pero la verdad ya teníamos todo acomodado y era un lío mudarse, el lugar está bien si buscas algo “barato” y nada nuevo ni de lujo; lo pensaría antes de regresar , tal vez intentar algo diferente
