Hotel has nice location and overall is decent, bu5 our room at 1st floor was facing the street so it was very noisy as it was busy, breakfast is simple but good enough, like most of it!

The hotel is in the perfect location in Sorrento, it is within walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are wonderful, especially if you get a balcony. I highly recommend staying here and if I go back it will definitely be here

Some of the staff are very rude and should have a lesson in Customer Service! Great location though. Rooms are comfortable but a bit small. Breakfast buffet has a good selection. Lobby area is very small and not too comfortable to sit around and chill.

The staff are very good, especially Josephine on the front desk. She was very nice, helpful and attentive to all my questions. She give us directions, and informations. The location of the hotel is highly recommended, it's near to everything.. and they packed breakfast if you're leaving early.

The apartment on the top floor is a great choice for families. A bit pricey but worth it. Close to everything, including the train station which is the transportation hub. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. We appreciated the proximity to great restaurants and shopping. The piazza di San Antonnino is especially beautiful. A nice place to relax with a cup of coffee or for a meal at a nearby restaurant.

Tasso Suites was a great base in Sorrento from which to explore Capri and the Amalfi Coast. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and had great A/C. The superior apartment was perfect for a family of four. The unexpected surprise was the great views from the apartment. Breakfast was tasty and all the pastries tasted very fresh. Overall we highly recommend Tasso suites and would stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay. Literally cannot fault it. Room - we had a standard room - comfortable, spacious, aircon, small terrace, duvet on bed, iron on request and toiletries provided and topped up. Despite being so central, no noise at night so slept really well. Location - brilliant location. Minutes walk from the old town markets, 5-6 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from a public lift that takes you to the main port (1.20 euros pp each way but worth it!) Staff were lovely and really helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. Cold and hot options with cereals etc.

wonderful hotel right in the heart of Sorrento. Fabulous beds! We had the Junior suites for 4 and loves the space - separate bedrooms, the deck of one of the rooms and the sound proofing and AC was A++. We had early morning tours each day before breakfast began but had a bag breakfast prepared for us and before we left each day before 7am. The staff is always friendly and at the desk and the elevator is a great help. We loved it and highly recommend!

Stayed here for 5 nights as part if a trip to a few places in Italy. Hotel & staff were lovely. The hotel is in a brilliant location in the heart of Sorrento and just a short walk from the train station which was ideal for us. The location means you have everything on your doorstep it's also a short walk to the port area which makes it easy for a day trip to Capri. We had a terrace which was ideal of you want to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The breakfast were lovely plenty of choice. Rooms were of of really good quality really clean. Overall would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
