We originally wanted to stay on the island, but later we were advised to stay in Sorrento, so we made a hasty decision. We were a little worried at first, but when we got to the hotel, we were so happy. The location and scenery were so great! If you want to visit the Amalfi coastline, I really recommend staying in Sorrento. It's much quieter than Positano and Amalfi. I strongly recommend walking to Giovanna Rock Beach, which is really surprising!

Wonderful view and the staff was great. Breakfast was a treat each morning. Room was great size especially for Europe. The room was very well lit which is a rarity and the bathroom was also well lit and good size.We could not have been happier with our chose.

I loved this hotel! It’s beautiful and the staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Their breakfast is delicious and they also have a 1 Michelin star restaurant that’s amazing. The view from this hotel is picture perfect. Book this hotel! It’s Amazing.

We had an outstanding excelent stay at the hotel. Very nice room with a betautiful view and terrace and excelent breakfast. All employees provided friendly and warm welcome when arriving at the hotel. Especially the engaging and smiling personel at the restaurant and breakfast were incredible. Posto incantevole,a picco sul mare, sul golfo di Sorrento,servito da due ascensori che portano direttamente a mare, con solarium privato posto sugli scogli.Cucina favolosa, personale discreto e sempre gentile.Roberto, addetto al servizio solarium,Alessia ed in particolare Valentina,addette al servizio colazione sono state sempre gentili e premurose. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole fare una vacanza di assoluto relax con una buona cucina,e da non perdere una cena sul terrazzo con vista mare preparata dallo chef stellato Ciro Sicignano.

Excellent all around. Staff was top notch. Breakfast, room, location - all wonderful. Took my daughters on an Italy trip and Hotel Lorelei was, by far, their favorite place. Would stay again!!!
