The on-site restaurants is one of the top restaurants in the area with ecellent food, great service and reasonable prices.

Let me start by saying to build there would be a huge mistake. They have no idea how to properly construct a house. They constantly lose power yet they tell you to buy into "the auxillary community generator" for $2700, plus a montlhy "maintenance " fee, and you won't have that problem. Unfortunately, you still lose power constantly meanwhile the owner has power 24/7 and they won't allow you to install your own generator. To add to that, there's a constant flow of sex workers in and out of the community on a daily basis and one of the residents was actually killed about a year ago. Regarding their services, they claim to clean your house 7 days a week but don't do that either yet you are expected to pay the monthly fees for services. When you question management about these issues, you are simply told " what did you expect, look where you are". Still, they're charging American prices! I built and sold my house all within 4 years as I could no longer take the stress of them constantly in my pocket. I had to spend thousands of dollars to completely re-cement my pool because of the poor construction leaking hundreds of gallons of water on a daily basis. I was told I had a warranty when I built the home but they would not honor that either. On another note, the maids give the security guards your wifi information (which you pay for) so they use YOUR internet all night long between sleeping. The owner has become a multi millionaire on the backs of Americans and European expats. Consider yourself warned.
