Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta is in a great location whereby the Kota Casablanca Mall is just about 3 minutes walk.
Hotel deco and layout were impressive. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. It made us feel very welcomed.
Breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious.
The room I stayed in had AC issues and the technicians were not able to resolve this. I was offered to be shifted to another room on the same floor-this was a fair offer.
Should I return to Jakarta, I would look forward to stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel many times, this would be my second home, I love the room , it was clean and comfort, the receptionist dian was nice and help me to book the room everytime I stayed there. The little problem is only the air conditioner, sometimes it was cold but sometimes a bit warm, however overall the hotel was a good choice to stay !

Short escape at POP kemang was very good. I stayed one night at room with view kemang raya and it was nice for me. Thanx for all staff for your assist. this hotel have a lot parking space so you don't need worried about your vehicle.

The location of the hotel is in blok M Mall, so fetching and dropping off from the hotel front door can be a bit confusing and not so easy. Calling Grab or e hailing cab is the best option. But the area is very strategic, in the middle of arrays of shopping complexes, both local and international brands, lots of convenient and hypermarket nearby, lots of places to grab great coffee (the coffee here is superb!), great choices for food, and nearby to MRT Blok M. The hotel itself is a new hotel, nice and sleek interior, though the room a bit small. Overall, we love staying here!

The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. New hotel with very modern building, neat staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast provided is very tasty and follows health protocols. The staff is very helpful when the lock is broken, and security is ready to open the door. Thanks to Juno Hotel, hopefully I can come back to stay again.

GGuest UserThe best thing of this hotel is that it is connected to the mall. And it's a huge mall so lots to see, eat and do. Rooms are the standard business rooms, nothing much to shout about. Service is as expected from any 5 star hotel. not extremely great. But we did feel the service of the lobby lounge crew was better than the reception staff. Also when we were checking out, we called for bell service but nobody piked up the call. We had to bring our luggage down to the lobby ourselves.

SSara ArdeliaThe Hotel was lovely enough and did so much beyond our expectation knowing that we picked the property to specially celebrate our daughter's birthday. We opted for the club room so my husband whose leg was also injured could just comfortably enjoy meals more easily and did not have to travel far. The lounge service was excellent and we truly enjoyed the experience. Though there was a slight delay regarding my daughter's surprise cake which they promised us before our arrival, the hotel compensated with complimentary late check out and even gave another surprise during breakfast while the band played and sang the birthday song. Lastly during check out, they even gave my daughter a teddy bear as well as a box of macarons. We will definitely pick Sheraton again should we want to have a staycation for our special occasion in town.

AARYASENNAI recently had the pleasure of staying at Aston Priority Simatupang during my visit to Jakarta, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. Located in the vibrant Simatupang business district, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The lobby exuded an elegant ambiance with its modern decor and tasteful furnishings. The hotel's attention to detail was evident from the moment I stepped foot inside.
The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite the bustling city outside. The contemporary design elements and soothing color palette added a touch of sophistication to the space.
The hotel's dining options left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant was a feast for the senses, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours.
Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs.
The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement.
I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed.
Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish.
A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am.
I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program).
Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality.
But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

SSutobrotI booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again
